I've not been to this place in the evening, and, therefore, can't speak on it. All I know is that, today, March 21, circa 1:30 pm, I made an impromptu decision, to stop , walk into, and place a carry-out order, at this restaurant. I liked the ambiance. I liked the intelligent, young woman, with a great attitude, who took my order. I liked the 6 or 7 , efficient, jovial, employees, behind the counter, who worked, as a team, (Tha's right... UNITED WE STAND. WE THE PEOPLE). My order was freshly-prepared, ready, in "two shakes, of a lamb's tail", and delicious. Nice goin'! Thanks, Easter bunny!

Food is always amazing. Employees are usually pretty friendly. Today I asked for extra onion on my burger. While pulling forward I noticed the cashier put easy onion instead of extra onion. So when I got to the window I asked for a side of onions so they wouldn't have to open the burger back up and correct it, they charged me 30 cents for the side of onions even though that was my initial request. When I got my food I realized I was missing a large fry. Went back in to ask for the large fry. the manager did tell them to give it to me, while also including that I better not come in there causing problems or I would have an even bigger problem. I'm grateful that my kids got their fries without having to give up my own, but I'm kind of salty I paid 30 cents extra for the extra onions I asked for on my burger to begin with and then after I got home, I pulled everything out of the bag only to realize that they didn't even give me the onions they charged me for. All that and I left with a single onion slice. As a manager at another fast food chain, I'm embarrassed for this location. Mainly because the manager thinks she's still in high school and wants to fight customers over food they paid for. I think if yall would pay her more than 12 dollars an hour, she MIGHT do her job as well as I do mine.

Disgusting. I live near here so it’s convenient. But I will never come here again after many terrible experiences. The food is never fresh, they gave me a coke that looked like LITERAL HUMAN FECES! and made me a watery carbonated milkshake with strawberry soda! Come here if you want disgusting food and drinks. ?

I have been to this location for years and the day shift is wonderful but the the woman at the window is always extremely rude at night. She won't even speak to you or acknowledge that you're there other than taking your money and shoving your change back at you along with your bag of food also being shoved at you. I have had the drive through window slammed in my face while I was trying to ask for sauces I sat there and she just walked away and ignored me. Tonight when I went she refused to even speak to me I will not be spending my money here anymore and I will be contacting the manager and possibly corporate because the way she is treating people is absolutely ridiculous and she should not be working customer service if that's how she's going to be. Burger King should be ashamed of themselves for even allowing this woman to work the window.

I have gone to this location at night after work many times. I will no longer return to this location as I have gotten the same woman in drive thru 90% of the time and she is extremely rude and ignores you completely and just shoved your food at you. Idk what kind of business this location is trying to run but don't go there later in the night because you will be treated like trash.

Had a less-than-pleasant experience with Tanya, the Assistant Manager. Upon entering, I mentioned my order, and she informed me that they didn't have it. Just as I was about to leave, another employee found it and handed it to me. Tanya walked away without acknowledging the oversight. Additionally, the lobby had a tied-up trash bag sitting out, and there was dirt and trash scattered around.

I wish i can give A HALF - STAR. I got an order just a Whopper, when I go to drive-through to order Whopper and pay, the staff's attitude is very very bad. She is a black women, I don't know her name, she so rude to me, toke shouted loudy and gave me my receive likes a crumple of the receipt like a piece of trash paper.NEVER EVER comeback, THANKS.
