Sign says 24 hours, google maps says 24 hours, went by on Thursday and they said in the drive though to come back in an hour.

Night crew is exceptionally slow. Only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Lobby closed. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and then they had me pull around and wait on nuggets. This was for DOORDASH. It's safe to assume that they aren't doing the orders until we get thru the drive thru. Which is just ridiculous. Total time at the store was 45 minutes for a single order of nuggets fries and a drink. My hourly pay for that your was $3.50. Absurd. This store needs better management for the night crew

This is the 5th time I’ve ordered and they just have not added the extra cheese or taken anything off I’ve asked. This has to be the worst Burger King in Pensacola. Especially the night shift and early morning, they do absolutely nothing and mess up my order everytime.

This is another location where after paying for your meal they instruct you to reverse to reset the drive-thru timer. Why are customers being asked to falsify their metrics?

The floor is nasty. The lobby is never clean. Some of the younger staff are rude. They do not pay attention to the orders. This Burger King is right down the street from a Navy base. They need to whip the employees into shape. When you go through drive thru, you are asked to back up to the yellow pole, or they have you drive around, and still don't get your food hot or the order is wrong. Being friendly and presentation is everything to a customer!

Ordered at the drive thru just after 11am. Only one other car in front of me that was clearly asked to reverse because they were parked just before the window. Waited over 10 minutes like this until I went inside to pick up my order. They ended up cancelling it and said if I wanted to order again "I'd be waiting around for awhile". What a joke! I only ordered one cheeseburger and a water! Corporate needs to clean house or shut this place down.
