Felicia and her staff at this location were so kind and helpful. I ordered my food through the app and had a special offer but since this particular location is not corporate they were not participating in this special. My food ended up being sent to their location in Marianna Florida lol. Just a 3 hour drive away even though my location was correct in the app to the Mobile/Fairfield location. They fixed and corrected my order and I was able to deliver the fish sandwiches to an elderly couple. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me fix the issue.

Burger was cold. Server's playing around out in the parking lot smoking weed . Very disappointing. Will not be going back.
Drive thru. Hasbrowns tasted very greasy, and it tasted like they were fried in old grease. Eggs were overcooked (brown).

Not great but to be fair they have gotten better. I used to have to always pull around and wait anywhere from 15 to sometimes "oh sh#t my bad we forgot you was out there" after waiting 45 minutes for two breakfast meals when they were not busy. (Only waited that long to go in because it was storming badly) I have been in the store before while two women were working alone trying their best while the other work named " T " walked out the door to the side of the restaurant practically yelling into her phone in circles coming back threw the customer entrance then back threw the kitchen. I did not blame the two women for wanting to quit then and their but they pushed threw while still being very polite.

Do better burger King. I just took my son to pickup his 30.00 order and you had no customers and the fries and onion rings were not even hot. You also forgot to give him one of his bags and he had to check the food and go back in. YOU HAVE 1 JOB!
