This was honestly the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever eaten! The bread on my sandwich was soggy, and the french fries were cold and hard. The workers were horrible and they were very rude to an older man in front of me. They were giggling and laughing at him also. I would suggest hiring a new crew.

ordered my food and could hear the people in the back cussing! took 15 minutes just to get a sandwich and fries while the people who ordered after me already got there food. the chicken does NOT taste right and looks weird as well as the fries. DO BETTER.

They left our food on the side and forgot to call it out. After about 8 people received their orders our son went and asked where their order was but the lady just kept asking for the last name. They were rude, unprofessional and goofing off instead of making sure they were taking care of customers. The meal was cold and did not taste good, would not recommend the location at the mall.

I've never been to a chick-fil-a where the staff is so rude. Every time I have to pick up I wonder if they are hiring the bottom of the barrel. None of them seem to be able to close a bag properly. I was told I'm the only person that has asked for bag to be sealed. I find that hard to believe when that is policy for all third party deliveries.

Very slow/disorganized but I was so sad to see one of the girls crying. I’m not sure if it was over the job but if so, don’t waste a single tear over some fried chicken or any of these people sweet girl. ?❤️

Mobile ordering is down says they are closed because of unforseen issues, and then Google says it's closed on Saturdays as well. But I ended up ordering from another place next to it, and they are fully open. DO BETTER. I just wasted extra money on food that isn't as good all because they can't do their job.
