Trashy employees, slow service, and they clearly don’t follow standard chik fil a food preparation policies. The sandwich fell apart, and the cashiers were rude and looked unprofessional. Manager on shift seemed to be the only chik-fil-a “esque” thing about the establishment

Definitely not a true Chick-fil-A. Doesn't taste anything like the normal restaurants and quality.

I always love Chick fila's food, but the employees barely spoke to me while having private conversations amongst them selves. I had to ask for condiments and a straw. They were not rude, just made me feel like a nuisance, and it was an unpleasant

There's something extraordinary about finding a hearty breakfast in the midst of the pre-dawn airport rush, and my recent experience at the Chick-fil-A in Pensacola Airport was nothing short of culinary salvation. Even amidst the inherent chaos of early morning flights, this outpost of the beloved chain stands as a testament to consistency, quality, and downright deliciousness. The moment I approached Chick-fil-A, I was greeted by the enticing aroma of their signature, well-seasoned chicken, a scent that any fan of the franchise would recognize instantly. Given the hour, their breakfast menu was in full swing, and I opted for the classic Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit. Now, it's important to note that "biscuit" in this context isn't just a side note - no, it's a buttery, flaky masterpiece. The biscuit was tender and fresh, providing a savory and indulgent start to the day that felt both comforting and substantial.Nestled within this buttery delight was the star of the show: the impeccably fried chicken. Seasoned to perfection, boasting a crispy coating that gave way to the tender, juicy chicken breast inside, it's the kind of breakfast treat that doesn't just satisfy hunger, it uplifts your spirits. The marriage of the moist chicken with the soft biscuit created a symphony of textures and flavors, making every bite as satisfying as the last.To accompany my biscuit, I chose a side of tater tots. Oh, what a joy these golden nuggets of happiness were! Perfectly fried to achieve that ideal exterior crunch, they were a delightful contrast to the soft, warm potato inside. Each tot was seasoned beautifully, enhancing the potato's natural flavor without overpowering it. They were the perfect sidekick to the chicken biscuit, creating a balance on the plate and a variety of textures in every mouthful.Beyond the food, the service at Chick-fil-A was commendable. Despite the early hour and the steady stream of travelers, the staff was a picture of efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism. They moved quickly yet seemed to treat each customer with genuine care, a balance that's hard to strike in such a fast-paced environment. The restaurant's cleanliness didn't go unnoticed either. It's clear that high standards are maintained, which speaks volumes in a bustling public space like an airport. Tables were promptly cleaned, the service area was tidy, and there was a sense of order amidst the breakfast rush. All in all, my visit to Chick-fil-A at Pensacola Airport was a highlight of my travel morning. It reinforced that some comforts, like a delicious, familiar breakfast, can be found no matter where you are. For anyone traversing through Pensacola Airport in the early hours, do yourself a favor: treat yourself to a Chicken Biscuit and tater tots from Chick-fil-A. It's not just a meal; it's an experience that provides comfort, satisfaction, and a delightful start to any journey.

"NEXT!" Shouts the server behind the cash register with a scowl on her face like someone just told her she was not getting paid today. I was really shocked because I go to Chick-fil-A to receive service that we don't normally get elsewhere. I was still putting my change away when she shouts in my face "NEXT!". As if it couldn't get worse. I ordered the Deluxe Chick-fil-A sandwich and medium Waffle Fries. The chicken was extremely dark from what looked like old oil and completely dried out. Then I only received 4 whole Waffle Fries, the rest of the box was filled with crushed as though they snapped the bottom of the basket to fill this one and hide the fact with a few large pieces. Come on Chick-fil-A, do better and hire better. I know it's an airport but still.
