To the leaders of the "It is my pleasure" statements...here at this franchise. I am a door dasher and as I enter chick with a smile, I expect to be treated as if I am a helper and not a subordinate.I don't appreciate the attitude or lack of friendliness I receive when I visit this store in particular.Dear leader please correct this so that the people that may not eat the food appreciates the service when being handed the food others order from here.Thank you

I don't believe there's a day I was ever disappointed with the service or food served at Chick-fil-A. Everything about them has been exemplary. My breakfasts and lunches have been satisfied by the deliciousness of their spicy chicken sandwiches for years that I still find myself pitstopping here on my way home from work. A must have meal menu for yourself or the family!
I want to give a shout out to this Chic Fil a in particular, I had ordered a meal one night and it was a particularly busy night so my food showed up cold and the ice in my drink was completely melted, I reached out to the team and they immediately apologized for the inconvenience and within the next day I received an email with a meal completely on the house and including the delivery fee. During the original phone call I explained to the representative that I understood there was no harm no foul and I completely understood but just wanted to bring it to their attention. A+++ customer service guys!!! Keep up the good work!!!
