I wanted the Chef salad. We actually went there just for that. I sat down, waitress came over and informed me that the Chef salad is no longer a menu item.I was so disappointed. She made up for it. I ordered a side salad with my meal and it was just as good minus the egg.Everyone was very polite at the Pensacola location. Thank you.

Borderline un-edible, normally a 5 star quality has gone bad recently, I would give a 1star for my most recent to-go order, the ham tasted like cigarettes, I took about three bites before throwing it away. At least the sides of beans and carrots were good.

Service was a little slow, kind of busy.(?) Roast Beef was tough, not up to Cracker Barrel standards. Tea water was lukewarm and had to be reheated. Vegetables were delicious as always.We’ll be back, this just wasn’t our normal experience @ Cracker Barrel.Thanks,

I placed take out and my order was wrong. The recept on the bag even had it marked that it was correct when it was not. My. Boyfriend ordered the chicken fried chicken just for the southern gravy on the chicken and then mashed potatoes for the gravy and no gravy on either !!! No butter or honey or silverware for my food either ! My chicken dinner said honey came with it and nope didn't get it. The chicken was so super dry like old chicken. I live 45 min away so it's not like I could of brought it back. But heads up to the kitchen and togo lady, don't rush the order and make sure it's correct. And the receipt even had double checked spot and nothing was there ! Sucks bc I usually like this spot.

Just sad! I can't even get a decent breakfast anymore. Old biscuits and a dab of gravy. Eggs cold and bacon not crispy. Just sad this used to be a favorite place to get breakfast.
