Overall very good experience; they have more limited hours than the museum, so I never got the chance to try them until my last visit. The host was very prompt to seat us, we were seated in the front open section facing the museum; the interior section is much more interesting with decor. I’ll definitely come back when they are less busy to sit inside. The host did provide us menu’s, we began looking through and had our drink served by the waitress relatively quickly. They took our orders about ten minutes later, the food came out in good time. I had ordered the Cuban with chips. The sandwich was pretty good, better than expected honestly. It was packed with meat and flavor along with being the perfect size. The chips were a nice side, albeit premade bagged chips. I’ll give them credit for choosing quality chips. I would go back again definitely; I would just make sure to sit inside.

We had family visiting and had to show them the Aviation Museum (now open to the general public with FREE admission). After visiting, we ate at the Cubi Bar Cafe. There was no wait. The waitress was very professional and provided excellent service. Everyone ordered something different and no complaints from even the picky eaters. The chili dog, Cuban panini, were the biggest winners. All the soups are prepared fresh and not out of a can. The prices were reasonable, the food was tasty, and the decor to match the aviation environment. Great experience overall!

So authentic! The BEST Cuban sandwich I ever had! We are still talking about it!

Terribly long wait for sandwiches!! The museum forces you to eat here because they do not allow outside food. They should probably change that or provide faster, better food.

Ordered a hot dog and chips and got a hot dog that was barely warm. Reviewing the menu shows that there is basically nothing that is cooked or fried that is offered at this establishment.

If you like Navy and Marine Corps aviation, this is the place. They have a limited lunch menu that provides for hot food fast. We went on Blue Angels practice Wednesday. The place was really hopping, so happy to see it busy here after very limited attendance following COVID. They are back on a regular schedule. Semper Fidelis

I wish I could give this place no stars. This place was terrible, we were ignored by our waitress MULTIPLE times. We finally had to get her attention. The grilled cheeses wasn't even a grilled cheese, it was just cheese and bread. The soup was DIGUSTING, absolutely disgusting. It was so plain, watery and average. The prices are so overpriced and not worth it.

Provided your a military person, you will find this one of the most unique bars to ever be in. There are unit plaques all over this bar. I could not begin to count how many there are, so I'll guess there's 150. Every table is unique, and the chairs at these tables have wheels you can maneuver them to whatever position you want. Service was right on time. Prices were good. Atmosphere from my side of the table was most excellent. I heard one of the persons at the next table mentioning that many if not all the unit plaques likely came from the philippines. They're all hand done and done quite well at that. They were all dated the period that a certain unit was in a certain theater. Again, if you're a military person, you'll find this pretty great. My wife and I enjoyed our time we spent there today. We would absolutely come back when we're in this part of town. Have to give it a three thumbs up!

The food is very average if you like premade, bland and processed meals. The coolest part is all the decorations and signs. Our server is knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. She is the only reason there are three stars!

We were exploring the aviation museum and ate at Cubi Bar Cafe. There was no wait. The waitress was very professional and provided excellent service. My husband and I ordered chili which tasted good and we were told that all soups are prepared fresh, don’t come out of the can. We also had Cuban panini. We ate here because we had spent so much time in the museum and we were starving! Our server was competent and friendly and kept our drinks full the whole time. We got the 1/2 chili and 1/2 chicken salad, and 2 Cuban sandwiches. Food came out quickly and was fresh and tasty. Chili was really good with nice pieces of meat and beans. Chicken salad was good. My husband and daughter said the Cubans were ver good and the mustard sauce made them even b

Good food, awesome atmosphere. Unique dining experience in what was a bar in the Philippines. Ask a server or museum staff about the story.
