5 stars all around. The COD fillet was amazing. The oil they used was clean and not dirty like Cap'n Ds. This was my first time there as well and I will be back. The Cod Fillets reminded me of Long John Silvers back in the 90s when it was amazing. People who are over 35 know what I am talking about. Keep up the quality Culver's don't ever go cheap to keep the cost down like Long John did. I will gladly pay more for the same excellent product.

Never did I think I’d be this person but I ordered my child a cheese burger meal and she was served a raw patty when I went back to the counter the manager said oh…. That’s not good and said nothing else slid the receipt to the cook then he proceeded to lean his head down showing me a patty on a bun asking if that’s cooked enough the. I was asked if I wanted an ice cream and I said yes was given the burger and the ice cream back and left no apology no sense of remorse no noting an an undercooked burger could of made my child severely sick and ill and possibly hospitalized my child

I was given the wrong item, fried shrimp instead of my butter burger, returned to the store with my receipt and a picture of the shrimp and manager Sean immediately made it right, going above and beyond! He even gave me a scoop of ice cream while I was waiting and was so kind. Thanks Sean for making my night better ?

Kids meal are great! Lots of food and custard scoop token attached to bag. You can use the token at the same time. It is the kid's favorite place. Reasonable as well.
Wrong items in my order. Still missing condiments and napkins after fixing missing food items. Then I find a hair in my ice cream won't be coming back here again.
