I just attempted to pick up a doordash order here. Worst mistake of my life. I walked through the door 1 minute before the pickup time on the order. There were two tables in the dining area with people at them. They were served their food moments after I arrived. I stood there for 9 full minutes at the hostess stand before any human being ever even made eye contact with me. It was 12 minutes of standing there before somebody spoke to me. Then they seemed completely disinterested in completing the order. After a total of 21 minutes in the building, I just unassigned the order and left. I don't understand how places operate like this. If you're backed up just tell me so. Make eye contact with me. Speak to me. Hopefully this place will eventually shut down in a real restaurant will open in its place.

Very nice serves, delicious oven-baked Mac and cheese AND kids eat free with an adult entree on Tuesday and Saturday night.

The service was great and the food was delicious. Prices are more than fair in comparison to other places. Atmosphere is clean and new feeling. 24 hrs is also very convenientVegetarian options: You can substitute any of the meat patties with a veggie patty

The service was spectacular. They were out of a few things we wanted to order, which was disappointing, after having come back a 2nd time, after our 1st visit failed due to fryers being down. We HAD had a storm, so it was understandable about the fryers.

The dennys in this town lack a lot to be desired and what I find most irritating is never being able to order online or even over the phone at night. If you’re short handed I thought it would make it easier if people just got their stuff to go after ordering it online. No server needed. No hostess needed and no cashier needed. And if it is because of a lack of staff then hire people because this is something they happens a lot.The most ridiculous experience happened recently while dining in. My friend and I ordered a dinner, appetizer and salads. After we ate part of our app and salad we needed to go so I went to tell the waitress hoping to avoid them wasting time putting it on a plate only to have to make to go. Our food was not in the window yet and requested them to go, never dreaming what I just asked must have been the most taboo question and request. She even refused to ask the cook to accommodate us.I was still looking a little confused and perplexed I’m sure.She insisted and even made it sound like she was doing us a favor when she said she’d bring some to go boxes to the table for us.Ahh. How nice.She brought us about 6 containers, So me and my friend scraped the steaks the cook just put on our plates into the box as well as everything else then waited about ten minutes in order to square up the tab because no cashier available.We had to leave because something rather important came up and while it wasn’t a life and death situation it was an urgent matter, but looking back I think we could have just eaten at the restaurant and gotten out of there in the same amount of time.I’ll never forget that experience, being told , “No, the cook can not put your food in a box. It takes way too long and he doesn’t have time. He does have time to put it on a plate tho.”So dumbDo better
