I love Dunkin, but this location should be avoided. The donuts are usually stale and look terrible. The staff doesn't even try to provide good customer service. The whole place needs some help.

Donuts were stale and had almost no frosting or crème filling. The Dunkin I grew up with would be ashamed to put these in the store.
I ordered a large original cappuccino with hazelnut, toasted almond, whole milk, butter pecan w less ice. They sent my a large cup filled 1/4 of the way, and I tried to call them for 20 minutes straight with no answer.

This dunkin needs some serious work. The menu is impossible to read because the backing is all bent up and the font is way too small. The drive thru worker was rushing us to the point where we just had to get a regular coffee because we couldn’t see what was on the menu. When we get to the window the workers are yelling at eachother and cussing while we are trying to get our food. Some management needs to be done. Unfortunate this is the closet dunkin to our house.
