I normally don’t leave bad reviews. Horrible customer service, we went in and weren’t greeted, waited and waited to place our order. Cashier didn’t say a word when ordering and then when we got our drinks all 6 drinks were made wrong and when I showed the receipt and asked them to be fixed I was shown a horrible attitude and overall horrible experience. Whole family was disappointed.
This location maybe great if you are just going to pick up your order or going to the drive thru. That's about it in my opinion. I would not want to sit down and enjoy my donuts and coffee since there is lack of options to sit where you can be by yourself or enjoy the comfort of not everyone staring at you so to speak. Slowest coffee shop I've ever been to. This location is always slow and usually out of what I want or gets the order wrong. Consistently understaffed. Took 30 minutes just to get a cup of coffee.
