This is usually our go to Saturday morning coffee but since the new manager took over it is the worst. She acts like the amount of product she uses comes out of her own salary. When I buy a coffee drink I want it to taste like coffee not milk. My husband has complained about this lady not properly make the drinks but nothing has been done. I would stay away from this location you should not pay for a coffee drink and only get milk. You also should not have to buy extra shots of espresso to make the drink taste like it is supposed to

Stopped in for a couple of milkshakes. They were pretty good. Certainly a little pricey and I think it can be expected for hand spun milkshakes. It was unfortunate that a guest had barricaded themselves in the bathroom for several hours and the sheriff's deputies showed up while we were there to extract him. ?♂️ Other than that, it was fabulous.

This location is a Dunkin’ / Baskin Robbin’s.I love that I can get both here. I usually get the hand packed Pint of ice cream. They also have very good Muffins that are reasonably priced compared to other places. The coffee is good, but if you don’t like extra sweet I would taste the coffee if it comes with flavoring before adding the sugar. The coffee rolls are really yummy.The only thing I don’t recommend here are the doughnuts. Unless you get them early, they usually don’t taste very fresh.

The outside of the store needs a BIG SCRUB and needs to repaint the colors so Dunkin’ Donuts can look clean and capture people’s attention . Everything else is great , just need to redo the outside .Kid-friendliness: I can say when we go into Dunkin’ Donuts , they always spoil my children and give them an extra donut or whip cream . Only at the two stores I go too which was nine mile location and airport blvd

This place was HORRIBLE!! I only give them 1 star because it made me to leave a review. Our food was ICE COLD. I don’t know about y’all. But I always get warm donuts . Not at DD, and I’ve been to all of them here in Pensacola and they all suck. I spent $45 for a block of ice ?? NEVER AGAIN, and the employees were rude
Came in to get breakfast with the family. The tall kid with the blonde and brown hair was very kind and helpful when helping us make our coffee and breakfast choices! Everything was delicious and service was outstanding. definitely will be coming back soon!

SO I go there already order my stuff ahead of time my lady did and they didn't give me my whole ordered as I call could not get a hold of anyone .
