I promise you… you do not want to eat ice cream at this place , they are super slow every time , also not to mention I seen the dude who works there all the time making out with a crackhead by the ice machine by the dollar general. I cannot stress to you enough you do not want to eat here.

I read all the reviews and decided to try anyway. We just wanted ice cream. We were greeted when we walked in we said hello back. Seemed like a decent place and had some young women working inside that I noticed. One was very busy and the other helped us which then made her busy as well. They didn't have much of a selection which was recognized instantly by my husband but he's a food snob no matter what it is. If your like me I just chose what was in front of me because I'm not even supposed to eat ice cream & especially not supposed to eat chocolate so yea ice cream gonna be good. Service was good, prices average, clean business and the ice cream was flipping yummy. So giving them 4 stars for full feeling my ice cream needs so close to home.

The lights were off outside 30 minutes before closing so I wasnt sure if they were open but they were. They were out of Mint Chip Ice Cream but other than that, I had no issues

I ordered my cake 3 days before and it was never made. Had to wait 45 min the day of pick up for it to be made, cake looked rushed and not what I ordered. What was suppose to be flowers all around the cake looked like blob's

I ordered an ice cream cake 3 days in advance and when I called day of to see if it was ready a little early - I found out that it was never even made. Seriously don't even bother trying to order cakes from this location. I was also told a manager would talk to me which never happened.

Went here twice. 2 days apart to get a smoothie and banana split the 1st time. No bananas. Nor could make a smoothie. Next time still not able to make a banana split. Just sad!!
I came to Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts around 7pm. Staff was great however when asked if they had a hot chocolate for a sundae I was told the machine has been broken this ruled out a banana split as well. I asked how long it had been broken and the employee stated it has been broken for as long as they have been employed for about a month.This employee was apologizing for something that should be fixed by the management. I also could only choose from only 11 flavors and had been informed that half the case was down for cleaning. If you're in the customer service business you need to have the product ready for the consumer. It is a shame that employees are faced with poor management and left without the resources to serve the consumer. The only reason I gave you a 2 star was because of the employee that served me.

They literally never have hardly anything let alone flavors. All you hear on the speaker almost every time I go there is “sorry we don’t have” no chocolate ice cream no strawberry no sprinkles no chocolate syrup etc whoever is running this store needs to be fired ASAP

Literally the absolute worst experience ever. Came in with not a single employee in site.. Two then popped out from the back and acted as if we weren’t there for a few minutes. One came to take our order- tried to order a brownie sundae, he stated they had no brownies. Tried to them get a chocolate cone in which they were also out of. My spouse tried to order a milkshake and they said there blender is down for the night. They close in an hour and a half. No reason to keep a place open that doesn’t have half the things advertised nor the proper employees and/or customer service.

I’ve tried this location many times since it’s the closest to our home but unfortunately they never have many flavors and waffle cones are barely ever made, don’t even try to order a specialty cone. Service is terrible and I always feel like an inconvenience to the employees just by walking in.
