Ashley’s customer service was sub-par at best. My wife and I will no longer return to this location. Extremely disappointed. I’ll be shopping elsewhere for organic and healthy food choices.

This place is really nice on the inside. I can't believe I've never stopped in. They have a pretty good hot and cold bar, and they also sell Gelato and Sorbet. The salad that's pictured was 17.50, so it is a little pricey. Not a huge selection on wines but they did seem fairly priced

I am overwhelmingly disappointed with the products sold at this location. Multiple times I have gone into the store and the cafe department has food that has been expired for weeks or even months. I have taken home food from the cafe and eaten it, then later finding out the food I bought had been expired. This has happened on multiple occasions. The cashiers were very nice to me about this issue but that's the only good thing I can say about this place. Wouldn't shop here if you want to eat food that isn't expired.

I love their smoothies and salad bars. I also like the fact that they educate you on the certainvitamins that they offer as well as the essential oils

I frequent this location pretty often, and it's always been a great experience. Today the team here went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Matt the General Manager is awesome and the rest of the team definitely follows the wonderful example he sets!

So I've just done some more research on the overpriced trash that I thought I was smart buying at Ever'man, but what I've discovered is making my blood boil. I found that I'm basically just being victimized into paying significantly more for "organic" brands from the same criminal scum that I was going to Ever'man to avoid in the first place. It's just the same groups of people and their "organic" brands trying to trick you into thinking they are owned and operated by some decent, honest, and legitimate OTHER people (if there are any of those left). The "organic" stuff is still testing positive for glyphosate. Kashi is owned by that Kelloggs cartel. Castor & Pollux is owned by Nestle. Gardein is owned by ConAgra Foods (Monsanto/Bayer). You people should be ashamed of yourselves. You are a part of the scam too. Those aforementioned groups are criminals, and the only reason I was coming to Ever'man was to avoid those people entirely. The stuff is just packaged in stuff that says the name of their other proxy companies; however. Same trash; overpriced for no reason whatsoever

Went and got a salad from the salad bar and opened my box when I got home and there was a spider.

They seek to emulate Whole Foods. That should be enough to drive away an informed consumer. For anyone who has not experienced a Whole Foods.. it's terrible, they're rude, you'll spend 4x value against local competition, and your food will be cold and underseasoned.

More than disappointed! I’ve been going to Everman’s downtown for over 20yrs, I’ve introduced out of town & state family & friends to this store, & I absolutely LOVE them…but last night was my FIRST & LAST TIME at this 9 Mile location! Their customer service is nonexistent…although I passed 3 employees, I wasn’t greeted, & no one attempted to provide assistance (despite the fact I was clearly turnt-around & scanning shelves with no luck). What infuriated me, was the Manager, Ashley. Not only was she rolling her eyes when I passed her in the store, she rushed over to me (a little too quick for comfort), in the snarkiest of ways, shouting the store was closed. I let her know I was trying to find an item, but hadn’t been helped…her reply, “Probably because the store is closed!” (whilst rolling her eyes again) - I’d been in that store for OVER 20mins for 1 item that I couldn’t find!!! There was no, “Ma’m, can I help you find anything”, just attitude!!!This little girl shouldn’t be working directly with people, & DEFINITELY isn’t FIT to be in management!!! If I wasn’t so pressed for time over the weekends, I would’ve dropped the 3 random items I picked up right where I stood, & walked out.How disrespectful to treat ANY customer this way & expect people to continue supporting & spending money at the location. Never again will I spend my money at or visit this location if this is how it’s managed!!

No Pure Stone Ground CornMeal (White) without any additives available as toldby others. Employee assistance was not helpful.

I usually dont bother with theses surveys ,but what the heck . Of all the Everman locations in Pensacola this one needs the most help. This is based on multiple viisits spread out over a year or so. As always , and I mean each time no one greats you as you as you enter or at any point during your visit other then the checkout. I by no need am starving for attention but how about just the good old fake business greeting when you enter the establishment?? I figured to confirm this I watched for a interaction between a few other customers each time and the same results took place . Well enough about the lack of courtesy . How about the well advertised breakfast, prominently displayed by the road . Yes , I fell for it and like a hungry zombie seeking nourishment I stopped and entered into the establishment (9 Mile location). I was thinking this has to be something even better then a fast food breakfast , right? Well I walked the store for some other items then proceeded to the breakfast buffet . When I arrived at the buffet this was after the store had been open for a while they were just now finishing with placing the food items out . The food was still not heated through ,the buffet was still not filled and again not one of the three employees bothered to great anyone ? At the very least shouldnt the buffett already be filled and hot when the store opens? Well , since I was already committed I packed a container up , checked out and left . Most of the breakfast items were not close to being hot. Flavor for the items I purchased made Mc Donald's look like a 4 Star restaurant. First and foremost this would most likely not be a concern if maybe there was some form of leadership walking the floor and following up. Something you would expect to see first thing in the morning or during peek business hours ? Well not once have I seen this during a visit. Well anyway , to end this go to one of the other location if your wanting the type of specialty products they have but this one should be at the end of your list.
