First and foremost the lady taking the order literally is snapping at everyone in line as they walk up there. There are people young guys on their phones instead of cooking I always take in consideration when somebody is busy but this is down right ridiculous literally people on phones people snapping at each other that work there I finally get my food my hash browns aren't even in the box they're still all the way out in the bag you can see my biscuit through the wrapper there's so much grease when I try to ask for ketchup she throws it on the counter I have never been somewhere where the service was horrible as well as the food and the cleanliness. I never review places badly cuz I know everybody makes mistakes but this is the third time I've come here and every time it's the same thing my biggest issue would be the attitudes these people literally have bad attitudes every time drive through or front counter God bless her and God forgive me for this bad review but it's the truth

First time to Hardee's, flame grilled burger. Food was fine. The wait time was longer than I expected. It's a good fast food choice.

The Worst Hardee's in Pensacola Florida! The employees do not care about the food preparation, the attitudes from the employees and to include the manager is so unprofessional. I placed a order via drive thru on January 27th ,8am morning time. Drove up to the window, a young lady took my cc and reached my payment method back to me. Shortly thereafter, she reached my order out the window to me, I looked in the bag and the order was incorrect. I gave her the bag back and she slammed the drive thru window, threw the bag across her counter and had the manager come to my window. Major attitude! The manager came to the drive thru window and I explained to her what I ordered and the order was incorrect, she said ok do you have the receipt? I said to her no, she looked in the bag that the employee threw over the counter, and confirmed I was missing part of my order. The manager was attempting to be argumentative but I explained to her this was a simple fix. I have visted this location a couple times prior to this visit and received the exact type of horrific service. I will never ever! Return back to this location again. Upper management needs to do some serious Training at this location. All of the other Hardee's in Pensacola (2) have excellent customer service!
I'm sitting at the drive-thru, put on hold to order, a minute later I hear some mumbling over the speaker so I ask, are you talking to me, she replies no, so I wait, finally she says can I take your order, so in the same volume of voice as the question I asked, are you talking to me, I say my order. She says I can't hear you, so I repeat a little louder," she says again, "I can't hear you. So I hang my head out the window and speak slow, fluently and amplified, and she says, you know I have the right to refuse you service, like I was getting smart, when all I did was speak up a bit. I'm so glad she has that job, and please keep her. She deserves to be right there the rest of her miserable life serving, serving, serving.Miserable POS. Nothing like a entitled POS adult doing a kids job.Oh, and Hardee's, I'll go hungry before you get another dime from me, hiring this chicken head trash.

I have visited the drive-thru before and no issues. Today, was the biggest disappointment ever with any Hardee's. I ordered a candied bacon biscuit with coffee. The biscuit was hard, dry and clearly cold. The cheese wouldn't even melt. Had I not been on interstate, I would have gone back. Pathetic product!!!!

The food was good but service is horrible. We had to ask for our money back just to get our food. The ladies were not doing their jobs. The young man who is on break was very helpful. It took us nearly 15 minutes to get our food. But it was very clean there inside and out. We are not going back to this Hardee's
