Why even be open cause they never are I will never go back cause always closed at 6 pm ? Insane been there 3 times just moved to this side of town never open will not be back if you can't staff it then close it I will pass the word around ridiculous!!!!!

Service was quick. I ordered the candied bacon biscuit with a side of candied bacon. The biscuit was phenomenal!! The side order of candied bacon was cold...not very appetizing. The inside of Hardee's was clean and welcoming!

This place has gone way down. The person taking orders had either lost her voice or didn’t care. Her way of asking to take my order was to stare at me. While I was waiting, I watched one employee behind the counter playing with another’s hair (weave) then hugging all while the manager watched and laughed. The food came quick but it was cold. Got if for there but it was bagged to go. No drink until I brought it to their attention. Dirty dining area.

Slow service. Inconsiderate employees and bad management. I went to the dine-in area to order and stood there for over 5 minutes without anyone coming to take my order, a greeting, or as much as an acknowledgement of me standing there after two of the looked at me while they continued to take drive-thru orders. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. I left without ordering.

When do the drive-through on my lunch break. There was not a single car in line. It took me saying something to her before she would acknowledged me. I was ordering lunch for me and a coworker and I told her the first meal and she just gave a total and said second window. After being cut off and her not asking if I wanted anything other than just the one meal. I quickly noticed that she didn’t care about the customer nor profitability for the restaurant. So I just got the one meal. When I got to the window, she didn’t even say hi or smile she just snatch my card out of my hand and then tossed it back to me. When I asked for a few more ketchups she said that there is some in the bag sir. I reiterated that I wanted a little bit more, and she instantly made fun of me telling me that I like ketchup huh? I didn’t appreciate being mocked. This was between 1:30 -2PM ON 10/10/2023 is was two girls with braids in their hair.
