$6 for literally one scoop of ice cream, insane! And it was so soft it was almost melted. Definition of ripping off tourists.

Overpriced. Came in with 4 kids and 2 adults and felt rushed because the employees kept asking for our next order. Ordered a 2 scoop of ice cream in a bowl and it was melted when we got it. (They gave us the last of it the bin that was scooped to the top of a fresh one). Not a huge selection. Go elsewhere

There are some good selections of ice cream flavors, but we each wanted a hot fudge sundae. There was absolutely nothing special about the sundae, and the one that came with nuts had more nuts than ice cream. Yuck. I had sticker shock when I went to pay, so I asked if that was correct. It was over $20 for two lousy tasting sundaes!!!! Lesson learned. Won’t be back. Service was friendly at least.

This is one of our go to's when we are in PCB! They have so many flavours to choose from! Service is friendly & great! The place is easy to get to. It's small but there are places to sit outside!

Dipped ice cream...it was good. Friendly service. Indoor & outdoor seating options. Small parking area.

They have a lot of great flavors; something for everyone.

Very fresh and clean little shop. The clerk was efficient and polite, and the ice cream was grand.

Yes it is expensive, no it’s not homemade. 11 individual m&ms in a cup counted as a topping and were $1.75. The service is lacking anything beyond the absolute bare minimum. Don’t fall into the tourist trap, there are other options.
Really good ice cream and the service was amazing definitely recommend going here the better brownie batter is amazing

Hershey's Ice Cream Parlor provided a sweet escape. My wife adored the Gram Central Station flavor, and I savored every bite of my treat. A deliciously indulgent experience that hit the spot.

It was 9pm on a Tuesday summer night and we were looking for a place that served a good malt. None were to be found and then we remembered this amazing flavor of ice cream we had in Sandestin and sure enough, it was a Hershey flavor. The Brown Butter Bourbon .... omg, this stuff is so good. The place was still really busy but the line went fast and we ordered a quart to go.
