Na we need to talk next time you are in ember ridge apartments. You told me you did not have any miny sweet potatoes pies and u also told me they are $2 a piece. You told me you'd be back the next day. You were back the next day. I was at work and my wife went to get some pies. You charged her 21.73 for 5 pies. That's 4.34 per pie. You're not gonna take advantage of her. This will be adressed.

Excellent food at a fair price! The service was great! The guy working on the truck was willing to let me try anything on the menu, and his passion for the food was contagious. I tried the pork ribs and they did not disappoint! They were falling off the bone and full of flavor. I also tried the collard greens, candied yams and green beans. Everything was soooo good!I ended up buying a pulled pork plate + dessert. The dessert was a strawberry cheesecake banana pudding! It was such a great ending to this down home meal. You don't want to miss out on this food truck when you see it in town! Don't skip on the dessert!

Everything they make is absolutely amazing. Extremely flavorful, big servings, everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend the fried catfish, collard greens, Mac and cheese, baked beans, honestly everything is good. So glad to have them in the community!

Stopped by The Farm today before deciding on where to go for lunch… I walked over to Houston’s One Spice Truck to check out the menu and was immediately met by an awesome aroma of some great cookin and then Nikki met me with a friendly smile and a menu.. I asked her a few questions which she graciously answered and then we ordered a BBQ chicken plate with 2 sides (collard greens and Mac-n-cheese) with a Hawaiian roll and a giant sweet tea to try out as this is our first time to order from Houston’s. Folks, I am from a family of great southern cooks and I’m here to tell ya I was loving every minute of my meal. Incredible flavor, perfect temperature and delicious. Will I return? Absolutely. Will I try other menu items? Guaranteed. Would I recommend Houston’s to other? Yes!!
