I swear I eat here like 3 times a week and it never disappoints, they have a great staff and always get my complicated orders right. This time I tried the pasta and it was amazing ?
Staff is half-asleep. You feel like you're bothering them just by walking through the door. Low energy. Energy has a trickle down effect. Management needs to fire these young people up! Food was good.

*edit* you can bypass the call center and the manager made things right. I updated ratings to reflect this. *Edit* I absolutely hate their new call service. It's a foreign call center and they screwed up my order. I wanted large subs because it's wacky Wednesday because that's the deal. I even asked about the deal. The person put in regular and I'm pretty sure I paid full price. I absolutely feel ripped off.
