Though the wait can be long, the food pays off tenfold. Authentic Japanese and other East Asian food is hard to do right, but Ichiban has it in the bag. Their Chicken Yakisoba is to die for, and there simply isn't a bad item on the menu. Dinner with family is done right when it's at Ichiban.Parking: Parking lot can get congested in the evening because it is shared with many other places of business
This is an excellent dining experience. Elegant decor for an average size restaurant. I eat here twice a month, on average. The Neptune roll and a yummy Seaweed salad are my go to for low carb lunch fare. The service is always friendly and on top of my order.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options in every category of the menu.
