Like most chain restaurants, each location's service, quality and atmosphere can vary. This one was great. I felt it wouldn't have mattered what I ordered, it would have been delicious and prepared quickly.
The food was good, aside from the cold and over cooked hashbrowns, but the waitress was terrible! She was friendly, but scatter-brained... she forgot to bring us syrup and straws and hardly peaked in our direction while we were there. She also told us she had been raising hell in the kitchen for something that she later realized was her mistake.

The people at IHop in Western Hills were so very nice when I went in and wanted to purchase pancake syrup that I couldn’t find anywhere, they surprised me with enough to use for the family breakfast, and it was at no charge!! Again, thank you IHop, you have wonderful people working for you!!
