My son brought me here for Mother's Day. He turned 18 this year and wanted to do something special for me. This was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely nice, Thomas C was our server, and he is top-notch. He knows what he is talking about. I would highly recommend Jackson's for a nice dinner on an evening out.

I ordered the tomahawk which it was $190, but the restaurant charge extra $10 for 2 Italian butter which it means olive oil , the steak sauce Aupoivre was extra $7 then at the end of the bill the restaurant added $12.43 already added into your bill if you don't pay cash restaurant adds 3.5% in all non cash transactions and it says you will receive that back when paying cash. We paid cash and never received the 3.5 % back . It isn't bill clearly and shouldn't be there in your bill upfront . The tempura lobster was 19 , now 25. I have been in over 40 countries lived in Europe for 5 years and have been to 46 states and that never ever happened to me. It is very abusive and very much taking advantage of the customers . They take any opportunity to add any additional charges to your meal .
Hi there was a suggestion to try the pork chop with the Brussel sprouts and it wasn't really appetizing because there was too much vinegar in the dish. My sister also got the chicken breast with the couscous. The couscous was ice cold. It wasn't appetizing. The appetizers were really good.

I took eight friends to celebrate a birthday here and it was a smash. Great food, great service and everyone was happy. Super coffee and amazing deserts! Steaks and fish done to perfection. Very consistent quality which is why we return often.

Dinner was exceptional. We had fish and steak. Each was beautifully cooked and served. However the highlight of the evening was our waiter. Wish I knew his name. A young man full of personality, attentive and helpful. We were two ladies in the front dining room and he made our evening special.

Pros: Food was delicious, and the service was fantastic.Cons: The chairs and benches are very uncomfortable. I'm a bigger guy (not fat, just big), so I realize the seating might be fine for smaller folks, but for me, I couldn't get comfortable. The bench seating is the worst, and the chairs sit too high for the height of the tables.All in all, it was a good experience because of our sweet waitress and the phenomenal food, but unfortunately, I won't be returning because the seating situation is a deal breaker.Side note- I'm 6'2 245 with lower back issues. Just because it was uncomfortable to me, doesn't necessarily mean it will be for you. I just felt like it needed to be acknowledged. After all, for a place that cost $150 for a dinner for 2, it seems they can afford to up their comfort game a little.

Jacksons never disappoints!! Had some out of town guests visiting...so it was first time in Downtown PCola for all of them...everybody loved their food and drink...steaks and Cobia Fish special were top notch...Scott was an awesome server, took great care of us and made some great wine recommendations...
Perfect setting for date night. Service was awesome. Waiter took great care of us and all other staff was extremely friendly. Filet was Cooked perfectly and lamb chops were amazing. Bacon Mac & cheese stole the show. Will be visiting again.

From the minute we walked in everything was top notch from the reception desk to the table and food service outstanding. They welcomed us with an Anniversary/congratulations greetings. We had one of our best meals in a long time and I truly enjoyed the Sangria special. It was phenomenal! We will definitely be back and we 100% recommend Jackson's Steak House.

2/3 steaks were very overcooked and sides were barely warm. Drinks were good. They were able to seat us earlier than our reservation, which was nice. Server had several tables so we were not checked on often.

Jackson's is my favorite restaurant. Everything is always spectacular...the drinks, the food, the service, the atmosphere. Anytime I am in Pensacola I do my best to eat there because I know I will not be disappointed.

Perfect way to spend our anniversary! Sarah was an amazing server who was very attentive and personal. We ordered most of the new menu items besides the new fish dish and oh my goodness, they were all amazing!! First time not getting steak from a steakhouse but it was so worth it.
