Ordered my usual chicken philly with extra peppers and onions, get back to work and just cheese. Sucked but I wrote to see if they'd make it right and no response so here they go. It also took an incredibly long time to make so not saying I'm writing them off but definitely the Navy location. Not cool at all!

I have to give them 5 stars even though it seemed to take forever just to order.There were only two employees, and they seemed to have a lot of online orders.By the time my wife and I finished our sandwiches, we headed home to find Davis Highway blocked for several blocks, and we took a detour to get to Highway 90.You see that day. There was a fatal accident.It occurred to me that could have been us.God works in mysterious ways!

I just had Door Dash deliver my order. EVERYTHING was wrong in my order. This is a disgrace. I mean do ya'll not know how to read an order? I will never order from you again and I have been a loyal customer for years. Teach your employees to care and make sure they know how to read.
Called 3 times. Never answered my calls. Just trying to figure out if they can deliver to me on base but I guess they don't want to serve military members?

No no NO! There are bone pieces in my sandwich. I got the chipotle chicken, not even half way through & I take a bite and theres hard pieces in my mouth. I thought it was jus extra crispy maybe burnt chicken so i kept chewing but it was to hard. Come to find out its bone pieces. Not eating @ jersey mikes ever again.

My husband and I ordered 2 Italian giants and there was no pepper relish as requested and no vinegar and oil. I ordered through the app so that was a mistake! The bread was stale. They said it was fresh when I called but I know from experience it was not. We paid $38 and expect a better experience period. I'll drive further for better food so I don't plan on being back.
