First time eating there and the chicken bacon crunch was pretty good. Could use more meat or toppings to fill the bread.
Only wheat bread option is a smallish sandwich bread seemingly out of a bag. Same high price though. I guess normally there is very very little cheese because my order had DOUBLE cheese that didn't cover the already small sized sandwich with pne layer. Did NOT cover it. And I got a dab of guacamole on my $10 sandwich.Don't waste your money here.Correction, one side has a good bit of cheese, but see the guacamole in the picture. Righthand side. Small little half inch circle.

My drive thru orders are often not repeated back to me which has resulted in incorrect orders. This isn’t much of an issue for dine in orders since I can verify the info on the screen. Also for drive thru issues - I am not asked routinely for my phone number for rewards to be added to my account or promos to be applied to my orders.

This Jimmy John's must have hired a few former workers from Whataburger.(slow) Placed a order online yesterday and it took 55 minutes to arrive. I am less than 1/4 mile from the store. (I just didn't have the time to go there and back).
