My sandwich was prepared exactly as I ordered it and it was freaky fast, as advertised. We took my grandmother here for her first visit to Jimmy John's. She loved all the signs and funny sayings and said it reminded her of a soda fountain she used to visit in the 1950s.

Ordered a 2 foot long sub and the employees didn't think it was a good idea to cut it. I guess I'll be headed back to Jersey Mike's and Firehouse subs where employees actually care about their customers .

Jimmy John's is "freakishly fast" because there aren't 53 topping options. Last time that I went to the underground train place, I was behind a couple that was completely stymied by the choice of lettuce or spinach.JJ's isn't like that. I can specify no lettuce and no onion and have my sandwich in hand in two minutes, tops. I appreciate that. I also like the bread, which is narrow enough to make it safe to drive and nosh at the same time. The staff is always friendly and competent, and the stores are always clean. If a JJ's was convenient to me, I'd have at least a couple a week.

Freaky Fast or Freaky Frustrating?? Stopped by Jimmy John's today to grab a couple of sandwiches for myself and my husband since he's stuck on the Naval base on duty. The guy working behind the counter, Roman, who is apparently one of the managers was super rude to the point that I almost just gave up and left. I was greeted by Roman with a "Sup"... drink in hand, sipping out of a straw. Am I saying that food service employees shouldn't be able to have a drink or whatever while they're working, absolutely not... but it's definitely not something you do while actively working the register to take people's orders. Mind you he's also wearing the same set of gloves to work the register, sip his drink, a quick brush off of those gloves onto his apron, and onto making sandwiches. Speaking of sandwiches, I ordered my sandwich and was about to order my husband's sandwich when a gentleman that needed to have his sandwich remade was standing there waiting patiently. Instead of finishing taking my order, Roman stopped helping me completely and started talking to the other gentleman. I honestly assumed that he would apologize to him for his order being wrong and then keep taking my order. Nope. He completely stopped interacting with me and addressed the other gentleman's sandwich being wrong and proceed to make him a brand new sandwich while I just stood there and waited. I was probably noticeably irritated, but I have never had someone just switch like that and start helping someone else, it felt super rude and I almost just said "forget about it" and left, but waited it out instead. Ooh, mind you the same gloved hands that he was running the register with for my order, he remade this other gentleman's sandwich. Gross. Then he started talking to the guy in the back running the slicer, then a pickup order walked in so he helped him too, then FINALLY came back to the register, looked at me like he had no clue what I was waiting for or irritated about, and said "Sup, oh ya that's right" and rang up my second sandwich. Roman got my sandwiches made "Freaky Fast" just like their store motto, but it was all of the in between stuff that made this an absolutely frustrating situation. This store needs to train their employees better, and select employees to move up to management because they excel at customer service and customer engagement... and Roman is neither of those things. To whomever is the store manager over Roman... he should probably just go back to being a regular employee and not hold a management spot... because this was ridiculous.

The workers in here are probably the most disgruntled I've ever seen at a fast food place. Seems like everything you ask for upsets them and gives them a sigh. Pretty bad. Pulled out cash and he straight up rolled his eyes and slunk his head.

If your craving a sub go here! There are various sub sandwhich options in this area off Navy Blvd, but its hard to beat these subs. The bread always has a fresh taste and the meats are well in the premium tier. You can even buy a loaf of bread for a cheap price if you want. I recommend the app to earn free rewards also.

If I wasn't at work I would have not done delivery but I tried it and it was the worst experience. 40 mins to get my food from a location 2 miles away, and I understand you have one delivery driver but show more compassion when someone CALLS TWICE to see where the food is. There is nothing freaky fast about this place. One out of 10 do not recommend.

I go here out of convenience to the Warrington campus for lunch/dinner. There is no sense of urgency in the staff. They start making your sandwich, get on the register, run to the back, all while keeping gloves on and then jump right back into making your sandwich. I prefer when certain staff works over others. The skinny white guy has such a piss poor attitude and is the least clean human I've ever seen working food service. Please conduct training on cleanliness practices because I really want to alert the health department. I cringe when I walk in and see certain employees.

Used to be my go to place for lunch. Once they changed management this place has become a joke. Do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mike's across the street or Firehouse subs down the road.Only thing to look forward to at this place is the brown lettuce spacial. So after talking with the manager on duty at this time, I was issued A refund. Her and I talked about the issues I was having with the subs I ordered, not made correctly, or poorly made with little to no ingredients on them. She apologized for the inconveniences I was having and for it taking an hour and fifteen minutes to get my order to me. (I work 5 miles away) She was very professional and after some thought I may give it one more shot.

Do you remember those good old days where Jimmy John's had zany commercials on the radio about freaky fast delivery? The days where you could expect a reasonably quick and ready to eat sandwich could be delivered to your office.... less than a mile away in less than 2 hours? Pepperidge Farm remembers. I don't quite understand how it took nearly 2 hours to deliver the sandwich... but someone needs to play those old commercials for these guys.

If you order ahead on the app be prepared to wait. They serve the in-store customers even before they get to online orders. Ordered 10 minutes prior to showing up and still waited for the room to clear out before they even started my order.
