The last 10 times I’ve tried to get a delivery from them they tell me they don’t have a delivery driver… gets old, and no its not outside the delivery range because they use to deliver without a problem then all of a sudden got too lazy its only 10 minutes away

Just ordered a sub for delivery and my driver Samantha was SO SWEET! She was here in literally 8 minutes! The sub tastes amazing too! Exactly how I ordered it! I’ll definitely be ordering from here

My first time going in and ordering a drink and a sandwich it was cold the food was not that hot and fresh the blue Gatorade tastes like water it's not really worth it for the money of the prices the employees and staff and managementready rude disrespectful when you try to dine in the restaurants sit down and try to enjoy your meal and you are unsatisfied and disappointed they tried to rush you out the door and the prices is outrageous expensive you really don't get respect when you walk in the restaurant bad attitude this Jimmy John's restaurant needs a lot of improvement this is my last time going to this location in Pensacola Florida Escambia off of Davis highway when they change a lot of things in this business I probably come back but it will be a long time when I return

We took our son for lunch. The restaurant was clean and, as always, we were greeted with smiles. Food is so much better than other sandwich shop too! It's one of our favorite stops. We like to get their day old bread too!

I ordered a large order for delivery. It was very quick and no complaints from anyone about the sandwiches. I ordered my usual Spicy Italian. It was great as usual nice amount of peppers, but not too much! The pickle was delicious! The chips were also good. I would order from here again! Great service all around.

Refused to deliver to me, only 2.7 miles away. Not a very useful delivery service with such an inflexible delivery range, especially for a chain that promotes its freaky fast delivery. Fast, as long as you're walking distance.
My husband ordered a Cuban. They must've made a mistake. Got home to bread, cheese, pickles, and bacon with a lot of mustard packets. The ham was missing. It did not look like the advertised sandwich. I couldn't find an email to advise the store. I was disappointed in what we ended up with. Maybe I should stick with the other location?

My go to place for sandwiches. Easy to get rewards from the app. I had a free sandwhich I think after my 1st pick up order using the app. Also, they are quick. I never have to wait long for any orders. Finally, they make the UNWHICH...basically lettuce wrapped sandwiches just the way I like it. ? Healthy and delish!

OMG just say HECK NO to this location & its owner. Ordered a #5 combo just now. The bread was flat & I politely told the manager who told me he was the owner. He called me an "******** & to "get the f*** out of here". Said he just made the bread & it's fine. He told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. I guess almost 30 years selling ingredients in the food industry means I don't know flat bread. He refused to give me my receipt & just threw a $20 bill at me. I didn't comment for a refund, just to let them know. Now to call corporate.

Food is good, but “Freaky Fast”? More like “Super Slow”! I’ve ordered from many different JJs locations and never have I waited more than 15 minutes for delivery, let alone AN HOUR for a sub! Hopefully this place can get some more staff/better management. I get Papa Johns pizzas in literally half the time as this place.
