Sometimes, the managers can be rude. Not sure why ? I always hope for postuve interaction with people in every situation...i always attempt to put forth an effort cause I believe in energy transfers...and yes food definitely can hold energy.....and I prefer positive interactions with those handling food for me . Hopefully, they will see this and attempt to work on this and work on intentions without being offended. So I hope all will be well with them. I still do enjoy the food. I just wanted to acknowledge this concern . All are blessed!

I do not recommend the place, I waited approximately 40 minutes with my children who were hungry, an order of 8 pieces, there were no people outside or inside, the place needs more cleaning, very dirty.

Their slaw didn't have the sauce in it it was awful I complained the guy said all our slaw like that. Ive eaten at kfc 1000s of time and that is not how kfc slaw is done. Don't eat here ever!!!!

Good place to get a quick meal. My son loves the Famous bowl. I am a creature of habit and always get the Breast & wing meal. My favorite thing there is the mashed potatoes and gravy.

Ehhhh, it's just ok. Didn't get my order right but close enough. Mashed potato was not hot. Took forever to get through the drive-thru. It was right at 6pm so I figured it would be busy. Inside did not have many people but the drive-thru had 6 cars.

If you’d like some extremely slow service and even worse customer service… this is the KFC to go to. We did a mobile order which said it would be ready in 20 minutes. That was quite understandable. The drive thru emptied several times, as well as the lobby, but still no food. There was another customer who was beside us and was very upset. He mentioned waiting 40 minutes inside for food, plus not getting his fries. He then asked about the fries and they said, “oh we don’t have any down.” Clearly this KFC has some significant management problems. It shows with the multiple bad reviews. I wish I would have checked them before we came here. I wasn’t expecting perfection with fast food being bad everywhere since COVID. But, this place takes it to a new level of being slow and horrible customer service.

We got the $20 box. The chicken and sides were excellent. Would have given a 5-star review, but they got my order wrong, and it took a long time for them to put my order together. They didn't give me an update on the wait, so I wasn't sure what was taking so long to put the order together.
