Sausage was like rubber. The brisket was dry, discolored and weird taste. Pulled pork was dry. Should have looked at reviews on Google before ordering on Uber Eats.

The food was good and the ambiance was nice. Our server was very friendly. However, our order took longer than expected and it was not busy at the time of day I visited (4pm).

Did a to go order I waited 35 minutes for the man to even come out to greet me. he explained to me that he was there by himself which is perfectly fine no issue with that. Take your time I know it's a lot. My issue comes in when I got home and I ordered a loaded baked potato and they literally gave me a potato in a box. No salmon no broccoli and I was charged $24 for a baked potato. There was also hair wrapped around the baked potato black hair to be specific and my hair is blonde. I called 27 times no one picked up the phone. This is not the type of service that you should receive. Please go to a different Ruby Tuesday

The place is just nasty and has definitely gone down since the pandemic. The food is not good and the service is worse. It's become more of a bar than a restaurant.

i spent 31 dollars at ruby tuesday and the only thing worth eating was what i got at the salad bar. the folks were nice but the food was not. i had the salmon. it was so very tiny. the bourban sauce tasted like they flopped a bunch of brown sugar on the fish. the zuchini was so dry it was like they sliced it on a mandolin and popped it in a toaster to cook it. the rice had no sauce or gravy on it so it also had no flavor. they don't have any soy sauce for the rice and so i asked for extra bourban sauce for it. that was also a mistake. that made the rice taste way too sweet. but at least that bad taste was the same as the salmon so it didn't give me 2 bad tastes, just the one. and it actually was 31 dollars with tip for the salad. i had water to drink which was a very good thing due to the entre dinner being drenched in brown sugar.

This was place is amazing I can't count a time I have gone and it has been bad. My grandma and I love this place she gets the salad bar and it is always clean this place always makes her feel better. This is the place we go for our birthdays because of the awesome service we always get. I get the pasta and t it doesn't disappoint or is some of the best I have always had. Ruby Tuesday is a comfort place for me. I have only had one bad experience and it is when I was little one of the waiters snatched a phone out of my hand and said no phones at the table. But everything after that was amazing.

Did a to go order, when I arrived the parking spot to call upon arrival and no one answered the phone! I called twice! I walked in and everyone is just sitting around talking and laughing. I asked about my order and they said the guy was in the back packing up food. Sat around 10 min waiting and still no guy! Very unprofessional.

I ordered through Uber eats and it's my first time ordering from them and it will definitely be my last. I got the three way barbecue and two of the meats were burnt completely unedible. And I was missing a side.

I ordered through grubhub. They delivery was awesome. This is the WORST bbq i have EVER had in my life. It was overcooked and dry. Potato salad was horrible. No seasoning. The corn was TRASH. It tasted bland and old. Pass by this place and DO NOT ORDER!!!!
