I've already given my complaint 4 days ago. The driver was flying down my neighborhood. Wanda drive. It was a female. when I called to complain to management, it was another female that left me on hold for over 30 minutes. never picked up the phone to talk to me. I heard all conversations in those 30 minutes because the phone was actually just laying down, not put on hold. The rudeness of this particular restaurant is beyond belief I will never give them my business

The hours are wrong on Google and the website. No matter when I call SOMETHING is always going on. They don’t answer the phones, they refuse to take orders, their computers are down, it’s always something. Hours say they close at 11/12 they actually close at 10pm and 11pm on Friday Saturday only. I’ve been in the store multiple times where the phone is constantly ringing and staff refuses to answer the phone. In the past few weeks when I try to order 20-30 mins before close I’m not getting out right denied but told “my computer hasn’t been taking order for 30 mins.” It’s crazy the amount of money I’m sure is being turned away due to the hate the employees have for their job. I’m sure if you had people who actually cared they wouldn’t be rude to guest, would answer the phone, and would take orders, and post the right time for hours. No way to contact upper management to rectify any of the situations because I’m sure it’s the manager of the place who hates their job and refuses customers. Absolutely insane. Love the food but I’ve never seen employees outright turn away business due to laziness.

This Marco’s location is the best! I was over that way so decided to grab a pizza to take home. The restaurant is was very clean, very friendly service, and the pizza was SO GOOD. I will go out of my way to get pizza from this location from now on.

Absolutely love there pizza,but they have screwed up last 2 orders. Tonight they couldn't even find my order. Had to send them a screenshot and then magically she found. Had to wait another half hour pick it up!!! Won't be ordering there again!

This pizza company has the worst.. again the worst web site. Logging in takes waaay too long especially when you have to change your password every log on. They do realize we are attempting to make a beneficial contribution to the stores future. However, in 12 months the problem still remains. Once signed in you are forced to give location permission to track your pizza even though the delivery address is on the order. The location software failed after 6 mins and the screen informed me that I had to give permission. Which I had already done. It did not reset to correct tracking at any time after that. Pizza is just ok. $4.99 delivery fee is the highest in Pensacola. Get in-line Marco's or go back to Ohio.

Tried to call and place an order and the girl on the phone was unbearably rude. She didn’t want to give prices or help or anything. This was extremely disappointing. They have good pizza if you can manage to get it.

First time trying this establishment, We decided to try it out after my wife confirmed that she has received at work and they enjoyed it. We decided to dine in to get it fresh and hot. We ordered 1/2 Hawaiian and 1/2 vegetarian with a few extra side of veggies. My order was incorrect but the assistant manager Janavia quickly and professional assisted us to fix the order so we could leave happy returning customer. The way Janavia handle the situation was top notch. She is a great addition to this establishment. Thank you ????‍♂️ oh shan

This food taste horrid, waited 45 minutes for my pizza and wings, employees had an attitude, they served custamors that were before us, all we ordered was a 20 ounce drink, 1 medium pizza, and 10 wings. NEVER coming here again. We feel this is racially motivated, one lady whom workee there said it was in the oven, when we asked when it was going to be done, another lady said they didnt even start.
