Nancy's Catering was absolutely phenomenal! We were planning my husband's retirement celebration, and I am the worst at knowing how much food to order. Karen made things so easy, gave the best recommendations, and I didn't have to think twice about anything. They were also very flexible when our headcount changed a week prior to the event when friends could unexpectedly attend the festivities. I need to give an extra shoutout to Gigi, one of our servers at the event, because she always made sure that my husband and I had food, even when we were busy socializing. Overall, the planning, food, and service were all top-notch.

We used Nancy's for a rehearsal dinner. The food and service was outstanding. If you are wondering what entrees to order I highly recommend the London broil and the seafood pasta. Both were a big hit at our event. Jessica was also fantastic to work with, professional and delivered as promised.

I really am at a loss as to how many complimentary adjectives I can use to describe our experience with your company and with the superior and professional and most competent service we had with Karen on the occasion of my wife's birthday dinner party (and I'm a lawyer!) . I cannot possibly recommend this service too highly and can assure anyone contemplating the use of a catering company in the Pensacola area that our experience was just superb-- if there were more than 5 stars available, I would give extra stars. Karen was exactly on time as per schedule and could not have attended our guests any more pleasantly or efficiently than she did that evening. The cuisine was nothing short of magnificent and there were many ooooohs and aaaaahs from our guests throughout the evening. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend this company for your event. They catered my daughters wedding at a beach house and they were set up ready to go on time and had it cleaned up and out of the way immediately after. They made setting up and scheduling very easy for me and answered all my questions in a very timely matter all throughout the planning stages. The food was excellent and everyone raved about it.

I would have loved to use this company, however I never got a chance. I emailed the company and with no response, and I called, and of course had to leave a voicemail. I received a call and was told that I would have a quote the next day. Awesome! Not awesome. No quote a week later with no response on any sort of timeline. I was hesitant to work with them at this point and then decided to give them another chance. I emailed and received a txt saying I would get a quote over the weekend. The weekend has come and gone with no response or update. It’s unfortunate that they couldn’t give me the time of day. The inconsistency makes me frightened to use a company for such a big event. We used Nancy's Catering for a Sunday brunch, at a lovely space we had rented. Over the weeks of planning, from a long distance, the staff answered the phone quickly. I never had to leave a message. I was sent a menu online and able to pick everything we wanted to serve. I was able to make payment online with no issues. On the day of the event, Nancy's catering sent a driver on-time. The driver was friendly and set all the food up with warming trays. The food was delicious! I would definitely use Nancy's Catering again.
