Grrr… I wanted to end my last meal before they close on a high note. They were slammed with to go orders making the in house wait unbelievably long. My ramen tasted burned as well as my husbands general brads chicken.

The food ain’t itPaying full price for food that ain’t it, ain’t it.No salads, too small menu, and undercooked (twice) noodles. My kids normally devour ramen at the other places we go. They wouldn’t touch it here. And had to pay full price for food that we didn’t eat. White owned ramen/Japanese joints ain’t it.

Spent quite a few years in Japan, and never came across any of these dishes in my local Izakaya...and that's what makes this place kick! It has the spirit.Everything we tried hit the mark from creative rolls to crispy chicken.Sake recommendation was exactly what I was looking for.You can tell an excellent Japanese place by their first serving if its killer miso soup...and these guys GOT IT!

I took my 2 daughters here for a special father daughter date. We love sushi, it's our favorite. We were told due to staffing to give them 10-15 min. To my surprise we were seated immediately but it took 30 min before someone welcomed us at the table, then I realized what they meant by give them time. Time to say hello and ask what we wanted. The food was not good. The gyoza is far from authentic and boiled at best with a weird Korean flavor- def not Japanese. The pork buns tasted like they were meant to be served at an American diner and had no Asian flavor at all. The sushi which took forever was not good. I had the Pcola roll, the salsa was not good and the fish was fishy and my daughter was not happy with her choice either. The meal cost us 100, I gave a $20 tip because I felt bad for the lack of staff and it took everything I had to not ask for my money back but I just wanted to make my girls happy. I'm very cultured and went to school in Japan, I eat sushi at least 2-3x a month. I would say this is the worse place I have tried to date.

Hands down the best place to order ramen in the Florida panhandle! The pork was super duper tender and their homemade noodles were perfectly cooked.

Mediocre at its finest. Ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and pretty much tasted like the mushroom base had been burnt. Noodles over cooked. Wife ordered sushi and that was unimpressive for the price, especially the small bits of sashimi.

The food is phenomenal. They also have outside dining if that’s what you prefer

Outstanding service... Katie helped me build my ramen bowl. Nothing against Nom but the style of homemade noodles wasn't my thang... Miso broth was solid tho and the mushrooms (crispy) rocked!!!

I had the Ramen and it exceeded expectations and perhaps not the best I have it is top five in the states and certainly the best in Pensacola. We also had sushi rolls and were pleasantly surprised that they were not over the top Americanized.

Upscale sushi in Pensacola. This is a hidden gem of amazing sushi in this city. The plates are artfully crafted and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My dinner was amazing and the sake was even better. I highly recommend ordering the Omakase and letting the chefs drive the menu. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

410 sushi and ramen was awesome. Wife had the tuna poke bowl. Beware Small place, not good for big groups, even a family of 5. Sat outside on the side walk.

I have to say, I had higher expectations for this place. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place because you're paying a premium for average or below average food.Pros:Staff was polite and friendly. Top notch.Ordered the ramen, the pork slice was a massive piece, probably the biggest cut of pork I have ever had in ramen.Loved the mushrooms in the ramen. It was a good texture balance.Cons:The pork in the ramen has zero flavor. I honestly didn't even finish it because it just wasn't good. Amazing portion, but the portion doesn't matter when it's a dry flavorless cut of meat.Egg was only a half piece and overcooked. It wasn't a soft boiled egg, but a hard boiled egg.Ordered an appetizer with wagyu beef, I'm skeptical if it was wagyu beef. Or at the least a low quality wagyu beef.Sushi was okay. Nothing great, but nothing really bad. The wasabi was off though, it had zero kick, very mild in flavor. Not what I'm use to.Petty issue, ordered green tea/matcha, but was expecting it to be served in a teapot. Not a teabag and coffee mug.

Great local sushi joint! Stop in as soon you can and get some fresh sushi and homemade ramen noodles! Great service, friendly staff, and delicious cuisine! They're located downtown on Palafox, short walk from anywhere downtown.

The food was amazing, customer service was impeccable, and overall was a fun and family friendly experience. Server Tasja took care of my party and I and I have nothing but great things to say. Definitely coming back again!
