Aaron was a great server. We had a group of 10 and we were treated with care and concern. He helped make our work- friend meal fun.He frequently checked on our drinks, and often asked if we were happy with everything.Highly recommend the food and the service!I got the bloomin chicken sandwich, and the “spicy” pickles were delish. More like “zippy” instead of spicy, but nice and crispy.
We had the pleasure to dine at the Pensacola location. It was our first time there and everything was very nice. Our waiter was Aaron and he was very nice. He also helped us get our free blooming onion which was delicious. We can’t wait to dine again!

The food quality seems to have gone down over my last few visits here. Most of the food was over-seasoned. They have forgotten how to cook a blu-rare steak. Service was very slow and they missed some sales because of the general lack of enthusiasm. For example, my wife ordered a flight of drinks and they did not bother to explain which drink was which. They missed an additional purchase as she would have gladly purchased the one she enjoyed the most again. But with the lack of shared knowledge and slow service that did not happen.

I would rate lower if avalible. I Ordered a 32$ steak medium rare, and it came out well done, we waited an hour and a half for someone to come take our order for drinks and food, her bloomin chicken tasted disgusting. Overall awful experience, would not recommend going here. Longhorn is much more worth the 70$ bill.

We haven’t been to this place in years. Decided to try it tonight. Let me say our server was great. Although he hated to inform us that items was out on the menu. Appetizer was great. My side caeser salad had a different taste. Than my husband tasted it, he says it tasted like old lettuce. So I moved a few pieces around and be hold brown wilted lettuce. However another server brought out my husband loaded potato that he was suppose to have with his dinner (I thought that was odd). My steak had ZERO flavor. Texture was good. But it literally had no type of season to taste. It’s like someone just threw the meat on the grill. Not a touch of season. Mash potatoes was good. Overall I think we figured out why it took so long to come back. I Wish this place the best of luck.

Have been here a few times and was never disappointed until now. My center-cut sirloin was very fatty (not a ribeye), and my lobster tail was so rubbery, I had to cut it with a knife. Maybe there was a new cook or a different cook but out of 4 guest, none of us were happy with the steaks. The rest of the food (Cheese bites, Bloomin Onion, Loaded mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, and Loaded bake potatoes) were good.

I ordered the blooming onion as an appetizer. When I got it, it was burnt to the point we couldn't eat it. My mom's steak and lobster were good, however, the mac and cheese had a bad flavor to it. I ordered my steak medium and it came out more rare than my son who ordered his steak rare. I had to send it back and when I got it the second time, it was overcooked. I ate it anyways. We had to ask for refills on our soda and ask several times for sour cream and butter for our baked potatoes. I was not impressed with this restaurant at all, and will not be returning.
Aaron was extremely friendly and helpful, food arrived fast and delicious.
