Visiting Pensacola and my boys wanted to eat at one of their favorite restaurants. They like the orange chicken, chow mein, and the grilled chicken. The food prices were a little higher than they are in Columbus, GA, but Pensacola cost of living is higher, too. Food and service did not disappoint. The boys were happy.
REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS VISIT TO THIS PANDA EXPRESS ON EAST 9 MILE ROAD.They made STRING BEAN CHICKEN, for me ("Cook To Order") at 8:40pm 20 minutes before the lobby closing time at 9:00 p.m.And the same Panda Express employee (COLE, Shift Manager) who took my order also came over to let me know the lobby closes at 9:00 p.m. but I could stay until 9:30 p.m. (the drive-thru is open until 9:30 p.m.)Also ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES working tonight were FRIENDLY-- Elton, Jael, Nick (cook) and Kim-- even though I'm sure they were looking forward to closing up and being finished for the evening.My first job was in a restaurant as a prep cook and line cook (and also after completing college),so I know what it takes.I heard COLE the shift manager telling the cook "COOK TO ORDER UNTIL CLOSE", per his managers instructions. I told him I really appreciated that because I often come after 8:00 p.m. to what WAS my favorite Panda Express on Airport Boulevard and discover they are out of food, and they don't want to cook anything, and they're already starting to clean up so they can get out of there.AGAIN, I AM REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS VISIT TO THIS PANDA EXPRESS ON EAST 9 MILE ROAD.
The food was actually really good but me and my boyfriend ordered a pickup order and we ordered almost the exact same plate except he got a rice and I got chow mein. They stacked his plate up but completely forgot my orange chicken. Luckily he shared

I usually have great experiences here and the people are usually very kind. Today there was a man at window who rushed me and my order, almost threw my order out the window that’s how fast he was going. I ordered a bowl and only received maybe a little rice at the bottom and a few orange chicken pieces. Definitely not impressed with the portion and the service this time around.

Worse comtomer service ever . If I new her name I would call her out! They did not complete my order and she acted as if it was my fault and hung up on me and I called back 3 times and would not answer my call. I think 60 bucks every 2 weeks was sufficient enough the answer the call ... I will never order from nine mile store ever again!

The way that he treated my boss and good friend Jimmy Lloyd was absolutely unacceptable!! TYLER the manager on duty completely kicked them out told them they could leave after accusing him of stealing a drink. Jimmy and his family fully paid for the meal and LITERALLY got the worst service I have EVER seen.I'll tell you like this if somebody doesnt do something about this then that establishment will have more problems then a little bit !!!If it was me I literally would have given those managers a reason to put me out given that type of POOR service.And bc of that I will never go back there again.The managers came outside and was laughing about how they put Jimmy and family out the kids were there and food was paid for this is UNACCEPTABLE and it's imperative that someone contact Jimmy and have this situation rectified he also stood behind his daughter and basically threatened her and told her she needed to hurry up and get out after she was already packing up to leave with her kids.This is so wrong and honestly it just couldn't have been me!

Parking: Plenty of room to park.Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair ramps in the chairs are more than white enough to get In-N-Out.

Service is a -1000 Literally every time I come here to the nine mile location.. it’s always something. No white rice… no Sesame chicken, no this no that… now this. Why is the drive thru closed this time of day 430 pm. Not to mention the rude girl with the blonde tip dreads Donna? She was so rude I just want a refund at this point because it’s getting ridiculous. Now the tall young guy he was nice he was very respectful. Give DONNA her walking papers??♀️she hate her job

I ordered the meal with 3 options with fried rice & an order if spring rolls. They were very busy, so the staff was waiting for more orange chicken to be ready. They then forgot about my order. One of the employees coming in from taking a curbside order out, stopped to confirm my order so he could check on it. It still took another five minutes or so for them to bring my order out. The woman who brought it out realized they gave me spring rolls instead of an egg roll & corrected it, while letting me keep the spring rolls too. Everyone was very nice & I think this situation was an honest mistake. Otherwise, I like the food here & it's nice to have an alternative to burgers, chicken fingers, & fries. I had chicken & mushrooms, broccoli beef, orange chicken, & an eggroll, all of which I split with my son.
