I saw that they was discontinuing some of their stuff on their menu & I’m not too happy about it. THEY GOT RID OF FROZEN CHOCOLATE COLD BREW & CAESAR SALAD!!! Those are my favorites every time I eat there! Panera Bread, not only you have lost a valuable customer, but better count your days & bring them back! Never eating here again after this order that I’m about to currently eat from y’all.

I was given the wrong food, although he repeated the order when I ordered — how did you still get it wrong? And then I was shorted $10 after I paid. It was not a great experience!

Service Stuffs

I love Panera but it is expensive so when I do eat there I want to get what I pay for, I had gone to through the drive through before and they have left food items out of my bag on multiple occasions. When I came through to collect my sandwich and other items Lisa ended up going above and beyond. For the first time in 7 years of being here someone actually went above and beyond to make something right. I will be happy to give them another chance in the near future.Thanks Lisa! Keep up the good work

I got a 1/2 sandwich. Inside the sandwich was less than a spoonful of product smeared on the bread. The crust was very hard. Zero quality and very overpriced.

Order was ready on app took 30 minutes to order and was wrong told them came back still wrong ~so frustrated as a sips member and frequent customer just took it and left before I was rude to the staff

Make sure you double check your order at the drive thru. Even though I questioned it didn't look like they had given me everything, they said it was all there. It wasn't. Another 45 minutes to go back and get what they didn't do right the first time.

What’s the point of joining the sip club when you haft to wait in line for 15-20 mins to grab a cup?? Kinda dumb. There’s are no longer any cups for you to self serve… you haft to wait in a line!! Even when the app says to goto the rapid pick up area and there’s nothing… stupid!

Almost no outlets. Had to go ask where my order was after it was ready. It was sitting in the back. After getting my drink, it was full of ice. My order requested no ice. No straws were available. Staff are a bunch of slack-jawed, empty-headed, um-ing, like-ing girls.

Always out of stuff, and the drive thru doesn't tell you when something you order is out of stock. You get all the way home and then notice you're missing ingredients. And then you have to go back to the store for a refund. If you're going to use the drive thru then make sure to ask if they have all ingredients, because they're definitely not competent enough to tell you if they're out.

So completely disheartened when my spouse came home with this Baha Bowl. Last time I ordered the same, it came without any Avocado ? but this time I ordered it and as soon as I opened it up I noticed that the tomatoes were extremely soggy and inedible, but the Avocado I ordered, I actually ordered extra.. to my dismay, it also was soggy.. and you can see how brown it is. Whyyyy would you even serve this Panera Bread? Until the last 2 orders I've placed, you were wonderful! Now, for future purchases, I have to be concerned whether or not I'm going to get quality produce or just something thrown together to 'pass' for a Baha Bowl? I'm sadly unable to eat much of my meal. I hope this store starts having the products and service it did last year. But now when I place an order, I feel like I need to call them to make certain that they have all of their products to properly make whatever I order.. just disappointed..

Ordered 52 bagels this morning for 150pm pick up for 230 party for my staff, get email at 141 saying order is ready- they call at 145 to lmk they have like 6 bagels. They won't give me a cash refund- so no food and money is on hold. Horrible service. Management wasn't even apologetic.Do not count on this business for your party needs!

This is a very nice Panera. The employees are friendly and helpful. Manager is really customer oriented and friendly. The breakfast egg souffle was quite delicious.
