This place came highly recommended by several people in the area. I am a huge Philly cheese steak fan so I knew I had to try it. Not only were they so fast and kind, the food was amazing! So authentic and

been going to philly’s for years now. me and my mom use to go to the location on nine mile road almost every week a couple years ago. we eventually moved somewhere on davis hwy and started going to the creighton location because it was closer. been going to the creighton location for about 2 years now and have never had a disrespect problem like my mom did today. me and my mom order the same thing every single time— when i call the lady that normally picks up the phone immediately says our name and she practically knows our order word for word. today we spoke to who we now know is the store owners son, Ross Colloway. he was very rude. he messed up on my moms sandwich even after repeating the order more than once while we were on the phone. my mom called to tell him about the order and he basically tried to insinuate that she never asked for no mayo which was a lie. he then says that we can bring it back up there which we declined because we were hoping he’d just write our name down like every other person has done before when they’ve messed up our order. we were even fine with bringing the order back the next day. we shouldn’t have to drive all the way back there tonight for a sandwich that you messed up on. gas is not cheap. he then goes to say that there was nothing he could do and that he had to go do something and then said “bye” and immediately hung up in my mothers face. she then called back and asked for the manager and he repeatedly kept saying he’s the manager and that’s when she asked who’s above him and he responds by saying “ross colloway who’s also my dad so good luck with that” and proceeded to hang up in my mothers face again. he’s a disgusting individual. this location specifically has gone down hill sanitary and taste wise. i’ve caught ross (the son) many times touching peoples food while talking on his phone which is very disgusting. the nine mile location is much better and i hope that this review is seen by his father. we’ve met his other son who we’ve seen working at the nine mile location and he’s extremely nice. i understand that this is your son but he needs to be told that he can’t just talk to anyone how he wants to because he’s the “owners son.”also if you call in your order they no longer sit your food under the hot light to keep it hot. they now store to-go orders under the counter which is disgusting for one— and it also makes the food cold.

There's a reason why their shop is always packed. Consistently great sandwiches and friendly staff. Menu may look expensive but you get what you pay for. Every time.

Best lunch spot in Pensacola. You truly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Our favorites are the cheesesteak hoagies and the cannoli.
