Tell me how a pizza place is out of Medium Hand Tossed pizza?? Completely baffled me, and then the rude employee on the phone told me of course I’d be charged for a large of I ordered one…I didn’t want a large. I wanted a medium and you were out of stock. Shouldn’t be up charged for your failure to do proper inventory.

The female delivery driver and the female manager at this location are very rude and hateful. The delivery driver has a foul mouth on her, I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty and she doesn’t seem to care that her driver was foul and rude. I will never order from this company again.

First time ordering pizza hut in a long time in Hope's it would be better then dominoes, I was highly disappointed as for the food wasnt even warm and the pasta I ordered wasnt good at all.
Purchased wings and a pizza had to pay for sauces. I feel like the sauce should be complementary with the purchase of the food item.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star. When you call it goes to a call center then they transfer and nobody picks up over and over. My kids went inside to get it and watched them ignore my calls and go outside vaping. When I finally got through to they said they were short of staff but they clearly are not if they all ignore the phones and customer and get paid to vape instead of work. By the time we got it it was cold. Had I known they were purposely ignoring me at the time I would not have tipped them. Don't order for no contact carry out unless you want your food frozen and ready to eat a week from Sunday passed. They should close this location. The pan pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. Both pizzas were cold and soggy. Staff lazy and rude. They should ban vaping on property since that is more important to the employees than doing their actual job. I should apply for a job there. I would love to be paid to vape and ignore customers and phone calls. Now that is work perks!!! Way to go Pizza Hut you set the bar so very low!

When using the ap and ordering delivery on NAS Pensacola they send your order to a further store location for delivery. This adds to delivery time. Who thought that through at corporate? ?

2 large pan pizza's, one cheese, one supreme, $50 with 15% tip delivered. Hardly any toppings on the supreme. Driver was very nice though.
Every time I order from this place, they never have any crust but thin. It’s 8:30 and they are out of Flipping crust again. Come on!
