-0 IF I COULD!! DON'T DO IT! This Pizza Hut is by FAR THE WORST Pizza Hut I've EVER experienced! I ordered pizza (Online & called immediately after to advised I wanted WELL DONE Pizza, since this Pizza Hut DOES NOT COOK THEIR PIZZA ALL THE WAY THROUGH) & waited over an hour for delivery (Shift Manager) Called & apologized due to "DoorDash & Driver calling out sick). I understood & thanked him for calling me. ANOTHER HOUR WENT BY & then my pizza FINALLY ARRIVED All for it be UNDER COOKED. I called & has to end up DRIVING the pizza back for a replacement. STILL the same! Call the 800 number & left a complaint! The GM Called me ANGRY cause I called the 800 number. Told me "I've never had anyone complain about pizza & you're the first!" He started over talking me & we started ARGUING as if I'm NOT paying customer! Basically telling me I don't know what I'm talking about!

Today 02/02 around 10AM CT.I do not know the name of the manager or the crew member, however they made a 1st grades class day. My daughter schools lunch is at 10:15. We did an order online, and the store hrs sid they open at 10AM. We called and spoke to someone over the phone who said it would be fine to pick up the pizzas at 10. When we arrived, the store was closed. However, there was a crew member going in. I asked him about the order, and he said he would need to speak with his manager. Whomever we spoke to did not relay the message. The manager and the crew member managed to get the order out in less than 10 min. We were able to get the pizzas and to her school and have her party on time. Thank you so much.

This location has the best taco pizza I have ever had! We pass by our local pizza hut by our house and drive 20 minutes just for their taco pizza!

HORRIBLE…. order an online order and was waiting for the food for 2 hours then went downstairs to look for him at the time it said it would be here then he was a no show called up there and they said they canceled the order because no one answered the phone when I got no missed
Manager couldn't spare 3 minutes to interview me cause of 'inventory'. Told to leave phone and that I would be called and wasn't. Disrespectful

2 weeks ago I gave them a glowing review for a truly delicious and perfect pizza. I just paid 50 bucks for 2 pizzas. I ordered extra cheese and add pepperoni.My chihuahuas would not eat it and they eat anything. No extra cheese- 3 slices of Jalapeño on a dried out super supreme. I haven't tried the chicken pizza. It was for the others. It wasn't dried out but I didn't see their jalapeños either. It was 40 minutes from order to delivery.It was the Pizza Hut on 9mile and Chemstrand

I just moved to the Nine Mile area and wanted some pizza. I ordered a stuffed crust, pepperoni pizza, and it was really bad!!! I have NEVER had a pizza where the pepperoni was actually thicker than the crust!!! The pizza was dry and tough. I will never go back to that Pizza Hut again!!!

Stood there 10 min waiting for someone to give me my food. Kid upfront is to shy to say we have a customer. He cant sell me my already cooked food but he can take payments for orders placed now. Then back on his phone he goes. Still no help

The Fiesta Beef Taco pizza is the best here.
