I've tried this place a couple times. I really like it but this morning I waited in line for around 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window I sat there for probably another 10 minutes while my food and coffee was sitting in the window. I don't know what the cashier was doing but finally I had to leave without my food or coffee cuz I have to go to work

I ordered on app from inside the restaurant. I checked on my order after 10 minutes. I was told the printer does not work. Someone started making one of my drinks. I had to remind the person that I had two drinks. An employee brought out a bag of beignets and said, “Here’s the best beignets you will ever have.” The bag was filled with old beignets. I told an employee that these beignets are not hot or fresh. She didn’t care. I am beyond disappointed.

Very frustrated. I have come here about 15 times, 10 of those I've placed orders using the mobile order, and only two times was my order actually ready when I came to pick it up 10 minutes after placing the order. Each other time I repeatedly get the excuse that they don't hear the mobile order notification go off and they don't hear the label print so I go in to pick up my drink and they haven't even started on it. I generally have my husband and children with me and they are stuck waiting in the car while I wait for my mobile order to be ready. If they are not going to run a business in which they pay attention when mobile orders come in, and have them ready at the time advertised on the app and in the text messages they send you, then they shouldn't be running mobile orders.
