They have gone downhill and service is very poor because they don't have enough servers and you have to wait to get seated like 30 minutes and then it takes an hour or longer to get your food. On the up side the food is still pretty good.

Me and my husband have been here many times with our 1 year old daughter. Each time it has been a delightful experience! The staff is always sweet and make sure we are taken care of! Our daughter is always the center of attention lol! Food is always good! The atmosphere is so cozy and it’s like a family here! We joke and laugh with the waiters and waitresses each time. We’ve never had a bad experience!

Bad service. didn't get everything I ordered. when called to complain it took 20 minutes to get some one on the phone. the manager was rude and seemed put out that I even called , even though it was there terrible, service, staff, and quite frankly attitudes that were the issue. if you want sub par food, terrible service and to wait forever, then pop folks is the place to go.

We have eaten there twice in the past month and we have had Micheal both times last time we were there he was the only server and he took care of us so great! We have a party of seven and he got everything right and promptly for us all while taking care of his other tables and helping two brand new servers learn! Definitely enjoy the experience and will be asking for Micheal each time!!
This place is absolutely awful!! The waiter is the worst waiter I have ever had. He was so disgusting to wipe his nose with his hands and you could see the snot going into his hands then continue taking order without washing his hands. The food took forever to come out, it was like the whole staff in this place was in a daze.
