Should be zero stars. Had to wait a half an hour along with everyone else that went through the drive thru. And then they got the order wrong. We told the woman it was wrong, she said she would get us what we were missing and then she went back inside and talked and drank soda. After waiting another 10 minutes, we left....this location is a joke....

Ridiculous. Ordered a big box which is their new promotion two dark meat pieces with two sides. Nothing exotic. 21 minutes. Waiting in the parking lot. Forget it there’s too much good fried chicken in this town to come here again.

Its my first time visiting a Popeye's (ever). The wings and the blackened ranch sauce go together really well. I loved it. However, I take out two stars from the rating because they forgot to put the fries that I ordered and paid for in my takeout order. In the words of the wise "My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined"

I love popeyes and have been going there since the first in Pensacola on N Davis hwy. The owners would eat at my Cafe while setting it up. I've gone to Popeyes in every city I've been in. Today Aug.. 8th 2023 at 5:00 I went threw the drive threw which I never do because of the mistakes they always make. The woman after I sat there a couple minutes asked for my order. I said 3pcs chicken strip with mashed potatos. She asked me 3 times to repeat it, then i asked for 2 legs, mashed potatoes and cole slaw. She AGAIN asked me to repeat my order, which i did. I got to the window as she was complaining to someone that she had to be somewhere. I watched her putting an order together which didn't look mine. I pulled over and BOTH orders were wrong. I went inside and told her she gave me the wrong order. Right away she tells ME i'm wrong that i didn't ask for stipps. After telling her 3 times I'm pretty damn sure i said strips so she tells me i'm wrong. She was so rude I couldn't believe it. I told her she was wrong and i did say strips then she starts saying she made mine wrong on purpose to give me more. ???? An excuse because it was wrong. Appoligize? No she just told me i was wrong. This woman has done this before when my son checked and had the wrong order. The customer service at this location is the very worse in any one i've ever been in. This woman, a short chunky woman is a out and out Bitch and should not be waiting on people. She was so damn rude and then told me to have a nice day. I told her to have a f$%cking nice day too. She needs to be fired and could you people pay someone to really manage the place and treat people a bit better. No, i'm NOT a Karen. This woman has no idea how to work in customer service. Rude to the extreme.This happens all the time at this location. Get your act together please.Being mouthy to any customer right or wrong, does not belong in this situation. PLEASE get a decent manager in this location. This is getting old.
