My experience with Popeyes is Excellent and It pleases me to say so!!Parking: There is a large amount of parking space in the parking lot .I personally utilize the drive-thru most of the time because I'm usually by myself and for safety reasons.

They got my order wrong 4 times in a row. Breaded chicken sandwich combo no mayo/sauce, pickle only with fries and a sprite (combo) an order of red beans & rice and a biscuit. Every time they brought it out the "correct" sandwich it had mayo, no fries no biscuit ? I was over

Warm, tasteless chicken sandwich. Crunchy though, I'll give them that. Warm fries without much flavor, spice or kick. Wrong order; ordered combos, just brought out 2 sandwiches. Had to go back and get the full combo. Came back with even less personality. Almost $30 for semi-fast, crappy food, served by emotionally vacant staff. Nah, I'll pass. Chicfila will get my order right and want give me attitude.

Came threw drive thru at 3:15 Sunday and it was a little skinny young guy at the window over charging my order with tax is6.44 he charge me 6.98 see if he wasn't outside smoking weed with his coworkers and pay attention and he's nasty didn't wash his hands after out side talking ,no workers was inside they were outside talking even the cook y'all men are just nasty ,who raise y'all anyways I got cold chicken and I just gave it to a dog ,best believe it won't happen again,need new workers

I frequent this Popeyes location all the time because it’s closest to my house. I come here 2-3 times a week. I went there on 9/10 and got a 3 piece with fries and biscuit. The chicken was so old I literally couldn’t even bite into it. Also, the fries were cold and hard as well. Now I work in food service and one thing I understand is that kitchens have bad days sometimes. I called and asked to speak to a manager, the lady on the phone said she WAS a manager. I explained my issue and she said she’d take my name and I could get it replaced. I came the next day, the manager that was there was extremely rude, and dismissive about the entire incident. She was a manager that was filling in at this location. I was so upset I told her to forget it and I walked out. Today I went up there for my mom, and i bought her food, and I asked about my replacement order. The manager couldn’t even find my info, but she did replace it. The manager that gave me my food gave me some more hard and cold chicken! I was livid! Didn’t even replace my fries! I will never spend another dime in this restaurant. There’s no professionalism, or character on that entire store! Just straight GHETTO!

This store is always dirty. It would be nice if you would sweep the floor once in a while. Staff definitely makes you feel like you are intruding instead of welcome. Food quality is good, I went inside instead of drive thru, and the order still was not correct. Ordered 2 piece white. Asked for 2 breasts, no wing. I received a breast and wing. Why?Parking: Small, badly paved parking lot
