Monday Oct. 23. 1130am to 1200 pm The staff were so nice and professional! Restaurant was very clean. The food came out excellent. The nice manager said the were short one person, but the whole crew worked together like a well oiled machine. I've been so disappointed with the popeyes on Cervantes and on 9th ave. I stopped going to popeyes all together until today. Thank you staff and manager for renewing my faith in popeyes! Will be back again!
The associate checking me out had some difficulties and had to call the manager over for assistance but they appeared to have been recently hired. This is to be expected though, everyone has to learn, no one is born knowing how to operate a register.

I can’t complain about the food, it’s always delicious, it’s just the fact that half the time I order here, they always forget to include the sauces I ask for in the order. They might be in a hurry with each order, so I suggest the customers to check if they have their sauces that they asked for.
