I've eaten here a couple of times before, and my experience was great. However, on this particular Sunday, my experience was AMAZING! They have an April Special, and it included 3 pre-selected items, and you could choose one more. We added some crawfish to it. Our choice of seasoning was ALL of them. It might be called House Seasoning or Red Crab House Seasoning. Whatever the name is, we loved it! As you can see by the pictures, it's more than enough for 2 people, literally 3 or 4 could eat from it. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB! Customer service is always good. We will definitely be going back & we don't even live in Pensacola!!

Di-Anna was is awful server and management was just as bad. We had uncooked food. And ruled treatment. We come every year as we travel because we love the place. It’s no longer on our list to eat. It has went down hill!

I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews but my experience at this location today was terrible. Although the food was good, it does not make up for the treatment I received from management and the “bartender”. After I tried to order a frozen drink my server informed me that the frozen drink machine was broken and that they were not serving frozen drinks. The table behind me, who also were black women like myself , was also informed by their server (different from mine) that they were not serving frozen drinks because the machine was broken. A few minutes after I received my drink the table in front of me received the bushwhacker (a frozen drink) they order after me - I asked my server what was the difference between the three tables and why one was permitted to order frozen drinks and not the others and she responded that per the bartender’s instructions he was not making frozen drinks which is why she informed me the machine was broken. He told her then that he could make the drink after I spoke up, but it’s about the principle. This is unfair treatment- regardless of the miscommunication- everyone should be served with equal access to the food /drinks listed on their menu. When my server asked them (management/ the Bartender) to come explain to me why one table was able to order a frozen drink and not the others they dismissed her and did not offer to come sort out the issue.The food was good! My server was amazing !! She was fast to get to the table to take my order a tried her best to advocate for me during the misunderstanding but I will no longer come to this establishment solely based off the merit of their decisions in handling this situation. I am deeply disappointed and hope management takes action about situations like this is the future everyone deserves access to equal treatment.
