This location is always a hit. We have come in the afternoon for lunch and late night for dinner. Servers are great and food is always on point!!Dietary restrictions: You can get biscuits with no cheese for those with dairy sensitivities! I never knew and they were more than happy to accommodate for my nieces.Kid-friendliness: Staff are always great with the kiddos!!

This was my worst experience ever at any Red Lobster. They were not busy, but we waited 20 minutes just to see the hostess. Many empty tables but still had to wait to be seated. The server was not friendly or helpful. Very forgetful. I had to ask 3 times for a knife. They were out of several selections. Our nearly $50 platters arrived cold and incomplete. Lobster was not thoroughly cooked. Crab legs and baked potato at room temperature. No crab crackers. They couldn't find any. She didn't come back to see if things were OK. No offer for refills or dessert. Then I used the rest room after dinner. It was filthy. Paper towel dispenser empty. Trash overflowing. There was a roll of paper towels on the counter getting wet from the sink and a roll of trash bags, so someone knew they were needed, but apparently didn't want to put any effort into it. I don't think I'll go back. This place needs new management! Fast!

The service was awful. We should have left when the hostess couldn't get the seating for three individuals correct. Our waitress Jerika was not attentive. She took our drink order then took 30 minutes to come and take our food order. We had to ask for utensil three times and our server kept saying she was bring it. When the food arrived it was cold and not appetizing. The business was not busy at all. We will not revisit this facility. Don't waste your time.

I placed it to go order at 8 o’clock, and I had a dozen biscuits only to be told at 9 o’clock that I wouldn’t have biscuit because the oven was off when I placed the order at 8 o’clock when they close at nine

My friend and I was there Friday night. Our drink was wrong order. We ordered water and half sweet tea n half lemonade. It took her 15 min and she brought us sprite n tea. She asked if sprite was ok. She rolled her eyes with attitude and walked away when we said no. The soup was warm and waitress said there Ms Nomore spoon so she gave us plastic. The bread arrived almost 35 min after the soup was served. The salmon wasn’t fresh. Baked potatoes was loaded with butter no sour cream. Our total was almost $80. NEVER AGAIN! The worst experienced ever! Yesterday we went to CRAB Pensacola Beach and we had an amazing experienced and our total was half of what we paid on Friday. Red Lobster needs to close down. There’s better options. Peg Leg Petes, Flounders, Crab, Maria Seafood, Joe Patti’s and many more. I’m sorry but it’s the truth. Maybe replace it with CheeseCake Factory.

I really can not rate this location. Went with our family on Easter Sunday. Arrived at 6:16pm and there was a note on the door saying it closed at 6pm due to short staffing so can not rate this location.

My family and I used to come here all the time growing up. It's sad to see that this establishment is no longer meeting our expectations. We arrived at 6:00PM and were told a 30 minute wait when the building was basically empty. Once we were seated, drinks ordered we were told they didn't have a bartender on staff and that the manager was bartending. A little bit of a wait was expected, however, 35 minutes waiting for 1 drink was disappointing. We ordered the lobster dip to be told 30 minutes later that they didn't have anymore. We were not asked if we wanted something different or anything. The interaction was, "sorry, we don't have anymore dip." And the server walked away. We considered leaving then but we stuck it out. Then almost 1.5 hours later we received our food. The lobster was overcooked and chewy, vegetables were cold and it was obvious that the potatoes had been sitting out. Needless to say, we will not be returning. I hope they get the staffing they need soon or consider changing their methods to "at capacity" approach instead of working everyone multiple positions during their shift. Everyone looks very tired and the burnout is very apparent.

5 of us came for dinner..sat at our table for over 25 minutes before our waitress came over..waiting another 20 before half our table got water..my sons ordered mocktails and they had to wait over a half hour for them..my sons fish was nasty..our lobster was over cooked..one of our appetizers came out after our main dishes..and I didn't get my salad til after my dinner was almost gone..will never come back

My wife and I went out for date night. They were running on a skeleton crew. It took at least 15 mins to wait for a hostess to come to the podium. There was another couple waiting when we walked in. Unbenounsed to me they had been also waiting for the hostess. So when she came back to seat us she overlooked the other couple that had been waiting b4 we came in. The hostess went to seat us and then the male come up to the podium to be seated. I told the hostess to sit the other couple first and she did. The waitress Jamie was great. Enjoyed the date nightKid-friendliness: They make the best Shirley temple.

Called and got Door Dash at first; they were useless. When they couldn't place my order, they transferred me to the actual Red Lobster. Joey with RL was amazing! Patient and understanding of my horrible experience with DD, he was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was ready when I arrived (on an Easter Sunday no less!). The order was absolutely correct! Still warm when I got it home, the food was delicious! Excellent work, Joey and his crew!
