Lunch at Red Robin in the Cordova Mall was excellent. Customer service was on point. I was seated right away, my order was accurate and delicious. I ordered the BBQ chicken wrap with onion rings, camp fire sauce, and a raspberry sweet tea.Parking: Mall parking.

So I sat at the bar...usually its great spirit service. One girl left didnt say a word.. another guy...red head came in, no hello no customer service skills. Food was amazing delicious...i was out of beer and he came and got a redbull drank it and left. Someone else can back luckily to get another beer but he was texting as he listened to my request. Service sucks here....all goosiip in the front area. No respect for my dollar

I love their burgers, but things can get pricey really quick if you make any substitutes. Which I have to do because I'm gluten and dairy intolerant. But I'll definitely be going back.

I ordered a simple Spiked Freckled Lemonade. It tasted watered down and just wasn’t good at all. The bartender also decided to make a drink for his coworker before even serving us. He never greeted us and walked past us continuously while talking to the coworker. This was at around 9:45pm. I initiated the greeting. He even charged me for my drink but didn’t charge the guy I came with for his. Absolutely unacceptable.

EXCELLENT THIS VISIT. Several months ago, left unhappy but Tuesday night MARIA our server was excellent. Took care of us and checked back on us often. Friendly and an asset to the restaurant. Wish they had forks though do not like using my hands to eat. However, no big deal. We had a great time.

She made sure that the food was cooked and prepared how I requested it to be and not only did she come and check on me and my friends food and service she went to every table in the restaurant and checked on them as well.Ms Stephanie made me feel like I was more than just a customer she my experience personal I appreciate her hospitality.

Kannon absolutely rocked the house. He is the best thing about the Red Robin franchise as a whole. Because of Kannon I'm going to continue eating red robin at least twice a week until the day I drop. Kannon will make your family happy. Kannon will make you happy. I brought my wife and kid to Red Robin the day after my wife told me she wants a divorce and after dining with Kannon, all of our marital issues dissolved and we are renewing our vows and having a second wedding!
