Burger was one patty cut into two. Service was slow, brought out the wrong food. Waitress disappeared, had to get hostesses to find her.

My husband and I both ordered burgers with tater tots. Despite the fact that there were hardly any customers, our food took at least 30 minutes. When pur food finally arrived, my husband's playe had fries, not tots. When he pointed this out, the rude witch took his entire plate. She cane back a few minutes later with barely warm tots. My burger patties had been clearly cooked earlier then thrown back on the grill to reheat. My husband's two patties were actually one patty cut enough. The server asked us if we needed anything as she was walking to another table then never came back to our table. We had to ask someone else for our check. A few minutes later, our server showed up with the check and handed the check and the credit card machine thingy with me as she was yet again walking on her way to another table. Needless to say, I left her no tip.

I really used to Love going out to eat here. But with groceries prices the Way they are. I can't justify spending the money on just 1 meal vs a week or More Where I can control the sodium and sugar. I also remember their Salad bar being the Best and Freshest in town.. I truly miss going here.Dietary restrictions: Even when ordering the dieting food I always ask for no salt or pepper added. As I only use Fresh Garlic and Dilleeed when I cook

We went twice. The 1st time, everything was perfect!!! The second time, they weren't very busy. We ordered our drinks (water, sprite, and tea) we waited almost 10 minutes and still no drinks. So we decided to get our salad while we waited. We went to the bar and the plates were dirty. I pulled the waitress standing next to the bar with who looked like the manager and brought the issue to her attention. The waitress began to remove the plates 1 by 1 and EVERY plate that she pulled was dirty. As she pulled them, she stated that that was very embarrassing for every plate to be dirty! My mindset is if ALL of those plates were dirty then that means that the plates that we were about to eat out of were also dirty along with the cups and silverware. After seeing that, we left and went somewhere else. We will not be returning that was awful!!

The fish and chips were pitiful in both portions and taste. Definitely not $13 worth. And why does the app list this location as having curbside if you still have to go inside to get the food? Why am I leaving a tip if the food isn't even being brought out to me? But that's a mistake I won't make again.
