I went to sams I got the sea food platter and my mom got Alfredo non of it was seasoned and had a disgusting aftertaste the next day I woke up and had food poisoning I don’t recommend coming here dare at your own

On Google, it says open until 2am. Went there at 11pm and they were closed, all lights off with cones blocking the drive way. Are you out of business??

Sam's is a good place to eat. It has a small dining room, with a large number of customers in the drive-up, take-out lane. It concentrates on efficiency and I think it meets that description. The food across the board is fast food good. The fried shrimp are a bit overcooked, but very plentiful. I do not recommend the fried chicken livers. They were overcooked, rubbery and tasteless. The other items such as the rice, black beans, lettuce & tomato, gyro stuffings, etc. are fresh and tasty. I have not tried all the menu items, so I cannot speak for those. I'm not going to diss this restaurant because there haas been many a late-night meal or snack from it that was an absolute Godsend! This company purchased the out-of-business Krystal facilities. So they are small in size, but large in business and desire to please the customer. The customer service is outstanding!!
Two employees in Sam’s seafood uniforms came in subway while my girlfriend was waiting in line. They were rude and disrespectful to subway employees telling them to make their food now, even though there were other people that had been waiting in line awhile including my girlfriend. They ended up cutting in line in front of several people. If that’s how your employees act, whether on or off the clock, with no respect for others, and the entitlement. You will never get our business.

I witnessed two of your employees in uniform Friday, January 12 around 5:40 PM at the subway on Michigan Avenue being very unprofessional and rude. One of them more rude and disrespectful than the other. Other people had been in line waiting on food. They came in and when they did not get immediate service, they decided that they were going to harass the subway employees by continuing to ask them to make their food. The employees explained there were other people in front of them. They got told no multiple times, but continued to insist that their food be made. They were saying they needed to go, but why is their time more important than the other people that just got off work that are also standing in line? They cut in front of people that had Already been waiting there for 15 minutes And continued to approach the counter to confront the employees about their very important sandwiches. . Then after one of their sandwiches got made (because I think that subway employees were trying to get rid of them at that point Because they would not ) they wanted another sandwich so they had two sandwiches made in front of other people that had been waiting because they felt entitled. I would talk to your employees about what they do in their uniforms and how they act in other businesses, because how they acted was unprofessional and uncalled for and for those reasons, you will never get my business!

I've been here quite a few times. I even brought a few people along the last couple of times I've been so they can share the experience. The service is superb! The food is always fresh and delicious. They have the type of customer service that can just change your whole day. Keep up the great work!
We stopped here because it was one of the few places open on Christmas. The staff were very helpful, the food delicious, and it was probably the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been to!
