Although I do appreciate a good craft smash burger, the burgers here are not worth the price. Even with all of the toppings, they feel bland in a way. Also, all of the picnic benches in the seating area are disgusting- literally dirtier than the sidewalk and smells like a rotten alleyway. Needs a serious power wash or replacement.

Burger was ok… not worth the hype or the extreme wait times/lack of customer service. Was just kinda thrown together and it had no sauce (had to ask for the sauce that was listed on the menu that it was on the burger). We were provided a buzzer that never buzzed and 25 mins later we go back to ask about it and are told it’s been sitting for 15 mins… so of course it was cold and they acted like we were stupid for not checking sooner. Gotta give it to them one thing, sauce was good.

Ordered delivery from the GB location for the first time. My son enjoyed his burger but I was disappointed. I ordered mine without sauce because of food allergies, and it showed up covered in sauce. Also, the fries tasted like they were fried in old oil and were inedible. I ended up having to throw those out. I’ve heard good things about Sauce Boss so I’ll try them again, but the first experience wasn’t good.
