This review is soooo long overdue and I'm honored to be the first on yelp* Contacted Shacondra's Kake Shop via email in January about designing a Sweet 16 birthday cake for our daughter who lives in Pensacola. Since we were from out of town and was planning a weekend celebration with her, I didn't want to chance bringing a cake along with us. Plus my hometown regular baker would be out of town during this time. She responded promptly and with continuous correspondence via email until she was sure she had every detail to meet my expectations. She was reasonably priced and provided me an exact total. Even though she would provide delivery to my location, the shop wasn't hard to find. When I arrived she was doing some last minute tweaks. She was very polite and showed concern about the product she created in her bakery's namesake. Not only was I satisfied, the birthday girl was as well. Unfortunately due to some unexpected news which required extra travel with cake in tow, the cake suffered some minor collateral damage. The basketball theme with delicate girly accents made her feel like it was all about her. If I ever have reason or have to make up an excuse to use her again, I will!
